I KNOW the C3G2 haters are feelin' it.

Yes, boys and girls, I've been suspecting for some time now that the partisan hatred driving Lying Lefty Lou and the Winged Monkeys of the C3G2 hate group won't be enough to keep Madore out.

And these clown are feeling it big time.  Here's a sample
Neil Pope
"remains optimistic that the county will hit the 30 percent voter return the Clark County elections office projected." This is just sad . . . optimistic that possibly 30 percent were going to bother to vote.

I have a feeling that Madore is getting it handed to him on a silver platter.

I'm talking about what he wants Thom . . . Not his head.

The North County vote is a strong thing and that's Madore's ideological base. Even if he doesn't get the Chair, I fear Stewart will and that opens up a spot for CCGOP to put a Madore minion into. If that happen's he'll have his council majority and if you think it's bad now, just wait.

To all of you who didn't vote, the stench from that coming true, is on your feet. Good luck shaking it off.

Neil Pope , we still have a general to go through. Could be Dalesandro or Boldt.

Hatred doesn't result in winning when the one you hate actually gets the job done and actually keeps their promises.

The partisan nature of this hatred... all left, all the time... is the biggest problem these clowns have, because the left has no one of any stature (Boldt or Dalesandro) to run against the 3 GOP incumbents.

The scum on C3G2 aren't thinking with their brains, but then, since when have they?

They're thinking with their partisan emotions: they hate Madore, therefore EVERYBODY hates Madore.

And I just don't believe that to be the case.  Yet, if you're not a part of their amen chorus, they heap scorn on you and, typically, ban you... the same kind of thing they roundly condemned Madore for doing.

But it's clear by reading many of their comments over the past couple of years that anyone who disagrees with them is, in their view, stupid or ignorant. Or, as it was put tonight on one FB page, "embedded in the GOP..." as if these people weren't "embedded" in the local communist party, excuse me, the local democrats.

They fail to look around and wonder why so few of their ilk get elected.  They simply cannot understand how anyone Madore endorsed in the last cycle (Stewart, Atkins, Wilson, Pike, for example) were not thrashed out there by a population that simply does not agree with them... and, therefore, are too stupid to live, practically subhumans to be ignored.  Also, Madore's pet project, the East County Bridge advisory, passed county wide, yet another sign he's not the damaged goods the left would love to have you believe he is.

In fact, one of these fringe left scum, running for District 2 councilor, actually went out and bought hundreds of little signs and illegally attached them to many campaign signs for those candidates and others, thinking that if Madore supports them, money or no, well, hell, there's no way they could possibly win.

And yet they did win.  And that SHOULD have been just the tiniest clue that hatred as a campaign tactic isn't going to cut it.

I get why they're doing it.  With a brand rotten through and through (Democrat?  Really?) how can they fight it out on the issues?

We're taxed to death as it is: electing someone who would do whatever they could to ram even more taxes down our throats is hardly likely.  Right, Sen. Rivers?

So, with political issues unavailable to them and Madore having the ability to run a text book campaign, what else is left?

Hatred.

It's all they've got.

For example, one of the haters wrote this tripe on a local page tonite:
Perhaps "Madore Supporter's" employment has caused her to be hyper-sensitive to contrary views. I know I'd be ultra self conscious if I made the choice to collude with Madore. Mirroring is a natural reaction to a situation like Anna's. Plus, she's highly influenced by extremely negative folks like Lew Waters, Kj Hinton, Gary Holmer, Christian Berrigan and, well, pretty much anyone embedded in CCGOP. Sad, really.
That's the atypical response of the C3G2 hater in a nutshell... a variety of Nazi-like arrogance that should have been stamped out in Der Fuhrer Bunker.

The woman who wrote this either doesn't know or doesn't care that typically when I write about the local GOP it's to beat the hell out of them because of their paralysis, their failure to discipline elected officials who violate GOP tenets without giving it a second thought... for example, Ridgefield Barbie, the Camas Manikin or our Auditor, who lied in the voter's pamphlet at the behest of the left and lied repeatedly about the county charter to get it passed.

I am not a member of their organization and never will be.

I have been, however... even serving in the capacity of State GOP Executive Director.

I have long since got past party labels as a reason to do anything.  In the last election, for example, most of my ballot was filled with the usual Mickey Mouse write ins.

I didn't vote in the congressional race: neither candidate should be allowed in government.

I voted for Stewart, against the idiotic lie of a charter and for our current democrat prosecutor Golik, who I also gave a donation to (A small one... I'm not made of money, you know) I voted for Pike, against Van Nortwick, FOR the now Chair of the Democrat Party here locally (Pauli Hammond) and against Scott Weber (I will never vote for any candidate who lies to get elected)  Atkins for Sheriff, Colas for treasurer (Lasher's been mailing it in for years, now...) and I think Donald Duck got the rest.

So, no... if anything, I'm as far as possible out of the local GOP.  And party labels has nothing to do with who I will or won't support.

Just ask our congresswoman.

The most evil aspects of politics do take a toll.  This year was the last straw.  In fact, recent actions by an elected official concerning the gas tax and tab fees has caused me to leave active politics altogether.  I'm not going to attend political events... or work on campaigns in any capacity henceforth.

But the woman whop wrote the except above is such a hating, fringe-left partisan hack that she automatically assumes that because I'm smart enough to disagree with her and her fellow scum, I'm "embedded in the CCGOP" and as such, that is sad, really.... and therefore that somehow, that label eliminates any value I may have... my 27 years of political experience... my 6 years on legislative staff... my degree in political science/government.... because I am on the wrong side of the political spectrum.

I am universally reviled on BOTH sides of that spectrum, to be sure.  Last time cycle, for example, Madore defeated Marc Boldt for commissioner while Boldt's people (Actually, one person that I know of, Jim Mains, a leftist of some note himself) went out and told the political world that the reason I was so strongly opposed to Boldt's election was that Madore was paying me.

That was because, then and now, Boldt is my brother-in-law, and the very idea that I could oppose this champion of the CRC and $8 tolls and confiscating our weapons in the event of an emergency and being the downtown mafia's buttboy on all matters CTran, including raising our taxes, was simply beyond his comprehension unless I was being paid for the privilege.

Never mind that it's simply not true.  The left isn't very big on the truth: whenever the right speaks the truth, the left's position is that they're lying; and whenever the left lies, well, that's just peachy with them.  (Its the sickly-sweet stench of hypocrisy, you understand)   And this poor, misguided leftist wretch boiled it down to a nutshell with her ignorance.

So, do the people hate Madore in the numbers that Brancaccio and the C3G2 mob that he whips up with a snap of the finger believe they do?

Of course not.  You can dislike some of the things he's done or how he's gone about doing them. (I do.)  I also don't like fountain Diet Coke as much as fountain Diet Pepsi or fountain Diet Mountain Dew.

But I don't hate it, and I'll drink it when the others aren't in the gas station.

But what has Madore done that should result in their hatred?  Or Mielke?  Or Stewart?

Nothing.  But rank, DNA-level partisanship can result in that kind of hatred, and I experience it on the other side of the spectrum because I call out that worthless waste of skin representing us in DC... and it's the kind of hatred that's bipartisan in nature and expressed by both sides.

Yet, there it is, on display for all to see at the C3G2 hate site and in various articles printed in the daily democrat... and the comments underneath said articles.

Gotta wonder, though.  If, as I suspect, Madore wins this, what then?

Well, we know what then.  And it will certainly be sheer, unadulterated entertainment for political junkies.

Their hypocrisy over the money issue reeks.  Their frustration over the worm of doubt wriggling in their "collective's" brain bubbles to the surface.  And they fear that when it's all over, their carefully laid plans to screw Madore will have gone up in smoke, and they'll look even more moronic than they typically do.

Tsk, tsk.

Thought for the day:

So, the democratian trashed Madore again today to attempt to help their ABM campaign.

Anyone But Madore.

See, hatred can drive you to do these kinds of things.

In the leftist mind, Madore is "buying" the seat (Which is why the democratian spewed this piece today, instead of, say, Wednesday or even after the election) and the hating scum from our local C3G2 hate group even came up and said so.

"Money" is a dirty word when a Republican uses it.  None of these scum complaining about Madore's largess had anything bad to say about George Soros, Tom Steyer or Suzan DelBene... all of who spent millions on their own campaigns or the campaigns of others because, well, THAT'S DIFFERENT.

Whenever these slime bring up the subject of money, I always circle back to the Tanner-Mielke race in the 2012 cycle as a proof of leftist hypocrisy.

Tanner spent $240,127.82 on his campaign.  He put $41,000 of his own money into his effort.

Mielke spent $24,978 on his campaign.  He put $2750 into his campaign.

Tanner received 84,859 votes; Mielke made do with 91,139.

Given that Tanner outspent Mielke by a factor approaching 10 to 1, even going up on TV.... how is it that he lost?

I've asked many people that question over the intervening years... even those of the leftist persuasion.

NO ONE has been able to explain it.

Money in politics is merely a tool.  Nothing more.

What these fringe-left whack jobs would demand is that Madore rebuild a car engine with the same screw driver and pair of pliers that everyone else is forced to use.

And that's both hypocritical... AND insane.

What filthy rich democrat who has taken a flier at political office hasn't also brought their own checkbook?

Everyone from Maria Cantwell who, if memory serves, dropped 8 figures of her own cash into her Senate run against Slade Gorton (Who didn't spend a dime of his personal fortune as I recall) to Suzan DelBene, 1st District Congresswoman and Microsoft millionaire who spent something in excess of $3 million on her OWN race; to California Billionaire Tom Steyer, who wasted $3 million of HIS own money in the last election cycle to keep the GOP from continuing to control the Washington State Senate... ALL of them used THEIR own money to win elections and impact political outcomes... all without a peep from the leftist hypocrites complaining about Madore's money.

The scum at the democratian, however, have already proven they'll stop at nothing to attack Madore.  That democrats have done and would do the exactly the same if any here locally were inclined to run for office and had the checkbook to do it is the thing.

Again, this is the set up... the excuse... for a likely Madore victory.  That Madore could win this for ANY other reason is simply beyond leftist comprehension.  If Madore wins, these clowns will revel in their Madore Derangement Syndrome, much like these same kind of scum were so enraged about President Bush when he was in office.

Review the comments about Madore at the C3G2 hate group for further info on their utter, partisan hatred of the man.  They oppose everything he's done, everything he wants to do... and all without offering any viable suggestions of what they would do instead.

Meanwhile, the scum running the democratian, joined at the hip with the C3G2 haters, will continue their incessant attacks on him and to a somewhat lesser extent, Tom Mielke, because they hate them both as a result of their efforts to kill the CRC Scam and because of the Benton hiring.

I have to wonder at this point, however: having pummeled Madore on essentially a daily basis for the last 3 years... what difference will any of this make?

Is anyone leaning towards voting for Madore at this point going to look at this kind of garbage and think to themselves: wow... I'm NOT going to vote for Madore now because he's using his own money on his campaign?

While it likely will make the haters feel better, is it really going to make any difference?

We'll know in about 57 hours or so.

Lying Lefty Lou Brancaccio feeling it?

For months, pre-charter-vote, Lying Lefty Lou and his minions at the C3G2 hate site lied their collective asses off about the Charter... what was motivating their effort and what motivated the majority of the freeholders:

The prime mover here was hatred of David Madore.  But what they told us was something rather different.

I understand that some who had no idea what it was voted for that idiocy because they believed it involved charter schools.

Some voted for it because of the lies the scumbag auditor printed in his swindle sheet of a voter's pamphlet.

Some actually believed the obvious lies that it would be more "representational" of the county... even though it was an obvious reduction in our individual ability to determine our political leadership.

But most who voted for it... and it was primarily a leftist scam... voted for it not because it was what was best for us... best for the people.... but because they wrongly believed it would reduce Madore's "power."

Lying Lefty Lou even admitted that towards the start of his little column today.
During the last election, Clark County voters sent a clear message. Republican County Councilors David Madore and Tom Mielke were behaving so badly, residents voted to change our form of government to lessen their power.
Yeah.  Right.

And if either or both make it into the general, what kind of "message" will that send to Lying Lefty Lou?
'
And naturally, the hatred of the left actually did drive the voter turnout in the 49th District, which was responsible for the passage of this insanity, voting 60% yes on the charter, enough to dwarf the "no" vote throughout the rest of the county.

Interesting that Lying Lefty didn't put up one of his famous purple maps, to show where support of the charter came from... because he certainly wouldn't want us all to know that it was the tyranny of the Vancouver Soviet's majority ramming this crap down the throats of the rest of the county's minority.  That would have made a terrible visual.

Of course, no form of government should be replaced merely because slime like Lying Lefty Lou don't like those actually sitting in those seats of power to overturn an election they lost.

But it was.  And we have to live with it.

But now, Lying Lefty is looking around and he's facing the probability that David Madore is going to win this.  And that probability is high.

And if David wins this, how is that going to make Lying Lefty Lou Brancaccio look?

Of course, Lying Lefty brings up the subject of money.  As I stated before, the leftists around here have two trains of thought ready to go the night of August 4 or shortly thereafter:

1.  Madore bought the election.

That's a favorite of leftist scum here locally.  Madore outspent Marc Boldt 3 to 1, and that's the ONLY reason Marc lost in 2012.

To hear them tell it.

I have yet to see one of these sniveling putzes discuss the Tanner-Mielke race in those terms.  After all, Tanner only outspent Mielke something on the order of 9 or 10 to 1, even going up on TV, and he got clobbered.

So Madore "bought" his election.  But no explanation for Tanner has ever been provided... or even discussed.

And, of course, none of these scum say anything about Suzan DelBene, Congresswoman from Washington's 1st District, who only spent $3 million or so of HER own money.

Why?

Because she's a democrat.  And it's ALWAYS different when a leftist does it.

They snivel about Koch Brothers money, but say nothing about Steyer money (3 Million dumped in against GOP Senators for the state senate in the last cycle... that changed nothing) or Soros money, tens of millions wasted on leftist politics every year.

And that's the common thread running through the C3G2 hate site: hypocrisy.

2.  Or in the alternative, Madore sucked so bad that he spent a fortune and lost anyway.

That will be the meme that Lying Lefty Lou and the scum populating the C3G2 hate site will run with starting the day after the election if Madore doesn't make it to the general, or if he does and then loses in the general.

Lying Lefty will take all the credit for it if Madore loses, and none of the blame if he wins because, well, that's the kind of asshole he happens to be.

I expect that Dalesandro will slither into the general and then be clobbered by whichever of the 3 Republicans makes it.

As I've been indicating since the democrats dragged a completely worthless and unprepared Dalesandro (SO worthless, in fact, that the ultra-left "Young Democrats" actually clobbered Boldt by endorsing him, which just goes to show what a sellout Boldt, the formerly pro-life, small government conservative who would cheerfully sell his soul to get elected for his retirement actually is) into this race in the last possible second, killing any chance Boldt had.  I would not at all be surprised if Boldt came in dead last.

Meanwhile, Lying Lefty Lou is feeling it, big time.

A Madore victory will put Lying Lefty Lou's rants into perspective and reinforce the message that Lying Lefty is a nobody... and that his efforts have moved no one.

Lying Lefty Lou hates Madore with a passion.  He hates him because Madore is in large part responsible for killing off the CRC, he hates him because Madore was involved in the hiring of the formerly Number 1 on the hate list, Sen. Don Benton; and he hates him because Madore, like me, for that matter, is singularly unimpressed with Lying Lefty Lou Brancaccio.

And he CERTAINLY hates him because Madore was instrumental in having The Reflector declared the county's official newspaper... which absolutely caused Lying Lefty Lou's head to EXPLODE.

Can anyone name any other daily paper that's been humiliated like that?  Or who deserved it more?

A Madore victory should result in Lying Lefty's resignation in disgrace: after all, Lying Lefty's jihad and bigotry against Madore has plummeted from pathetic to moribund, cost the daily democrat paying readership and made both Lying Lefty and that lowlife who employs him look like psychotic idiots.

A Madore victory finishes the job of emasculating Lying Lefty publicly.   And how can that be a bad thing?

Meanwhile, this is one of those occasions when I really have no real clue who is going to win.  I only know who is going to lose.

I believe the small turn out helps GOP candidates and hurts the rest.

I believe that Madore will be one of the top two.

I believe that Boldt will come in dead last... as he should.

I believe that Tom Mielke, who has repeatedly beaten the odds may just do it again.

I believe that Jeanne Stewart will benefit from the women's vote and that cannot be adequately calculated.

I believe that Dalesandro may make it into the top two as well, but I'm not as sure of that now, given the abysmal turnout.  He will benefit from being the only democrat running, however, and there are, perhaps, enough democrat slate voters out there to shove him over the line into the general where he will be beaten like a rented mule... but conventional wisdom is that low turnout hurts democrats, particularly in the face of what should be an overwhelming GOTV effort by Madore.

At this point, individual turn out is going to determine the outcome.

Madore has done his voter ID (He can afford it) and he can certainly set up phone banks and the like.

He's came as close to saturating the air ways as any candidate I have ever seen.  He's ran a textbook campaign of the kind that unlimited resources can bring, particularly in comparison to the other candidates.  Lying Lefty Lou continues to hope against hope that Madore loses because hatred can do that for a guy.  Right, Lefty?

Madore's campaign has been relentlessly positive and has essentially ignored everyone else, focusing on the all-too-rare "promises made, promises kept" aspect that so few in elective office can actually claim with the volume Madore uses.

His campaign has sucked all of the oxygen out of the room; the money guys believe he's going to win based on a quick analysis of the PDC's and how it's been very difficult for candidates to actually raise money in this environment.

No one or group has given any maximum contribution to Boldt, (even his own brother) And Dalesandro has been just as bad, only raising a total of $5767 with two max contributions from leftist outfits (The local dems and the union redistribution committee)

Both Mielke and Stewart have private donations of maximum amounts.

That having been said, money isn't ALWAYS right... but it's righter than it is wrong.

In around 81 hours, we're all going to know.

(DISCLOSURE:  I am not working for ANY candidate in this race.  FURTHER DISCLOSURE:  Marc Boldt is my brother-in-law, and I oppose his election to anything.)

Moeller goes full moron.

So, we have an election going on and Jimmy "Molehill" Moeller is campaigning for... Mary Benton?
Yes! I too am pleased that Sen Rivers voted for the tax! However, I'm not pleased that she and Sen Don Benton (or any other Republican) did not support replacing the I-5 bridge with Oregon and the Feds and prevented Clark County from having a mega-project in our area. As the 100 yr old structure quickly approaches 12 hours of congestion per day - 16 years is a long wait.

Roger Neilson There is no money for that project for 16 years. Thank you Sen Rivers and Sen Benton! Oregon (remember them!) has moved on with other priorities and the feds have given Washington State 90 million dollars that now we have to pay back - at least that was the agreement. We don't know what will happen if we don't pay them back. It's NEVER happened before that a state didn't come through with its share. I guess, there always a first time.

Maybe you should tell it to your fellow consitiuents who have to sit and sit and sit in traffic becuase of Sen Ann Rivers and Sen Don Benton for 16 years as the 100 year old structure quickly approaches 12 hours of congestion per day.

The Transportation package was, quite honestly, the biggest tax increase ever proposed by the Republican Senate or my understanding -by any political party. 12 cents per gallon of gas over two years: 7 cents Saturday 5 cents next year to cover the next 16 years of projects. Since we do not have a mega-project in this area any longer thanks to Sens Rivers and Benton (the mega-projects are now in Seattle and Spokane) we will continue with our "donor county" status meaning we will pay more tax, but get less for it. However, it doesn't mean that Clark County was skunked but, we will not receive the 450 million dollars we would have gotten if we had the replacement for the I-5 bridge (a mega-project) included in the package.

Odd, isn't it?

Molehill reminding everyone that Benton and Rivers killed the bridge.

He leaves out his part in it of course; his false modesty keeps him from mentioning his monumental arrogance and repeated failures to even consider compromise on the loot rail scam.  And, of course, being one of the biggest local political liars, Molehill doesn't mention the $2000 per year in tolls the commuters would have to pay, he doesn't mention the $100 million yearly hole his scam would blow in our local economy for the next 4 decades and, of course, he doesn't mention the 56 seconds a new bridge would have saved for the southbound commute... after expending billions of our dollars.

Meanwhile, he reinforces that concept that both Benton and Rivers actually did what their district wanted in the legislature.

He keeps blaming them like they did something wrong.  In this instance, Moeller STILL can't accept that he got his ass kicked on his scam... not unlike his bogus "what is, what ain't" candy scam that got crushed at the polls around the state a few years back.

So now, when District 2 ballots are marked by those who read this, what are they likely to remember?

That someone named Benton actually represented them, heard them, and helped to stop Molehill's insanity.

And that's going to translate to votes.

Who knew that Moeller actually wanted to help Mary Benton get elected?
