Ryan living up to his RINO chops: will pass Omnibus rip off bill without a GOP majority.

As I suspected, the House has replaced Boehner with Boehner-Light.

I said at the time that keeping Boehner's leadership team as the GOP Caucus did meant only one thing and it wasn't good for conservatives.

His public utterances, where he'd throw his own caucus under the bus to get what he wants, does tend to drape RINO chops over him.

But then, I knew that Ryan wouldn't be any different than Boehner and so so at the time.

If anything... he's worse:

Speaker Paul D. Ryan hedged Tuesday on whether a majority of Republicans will support must-pass, year-end measures such as the omnibus appropriations bill and a tax extenders package, saying many issues have yet to be resolved.
“We’ll see how the process goes,” he said.
