Dalesandro and the pool: water on the brain.

It's unfortunate, I guess, that Mike Dalesandro, fringe-leftist whackjob extraordinaire, seems to have developed encephalitis, or excess water in the brain.

On his campaign facebook page, he babbled this:

Mike Dalesandro for Battle Ground City Council shared a link. 6 hours ago

As I've talked to citizens in our city, I have received an overwhelming positive response that people want a pool. If we look back at the city sponsored town hall meetings back in 2008, a pool was the number one topic (people were overwhelmingly in favor). I would have liked to have seen the discussion move forward. Once elected, I promise to listen to the citizens and renew these discussions.

  1. BATTLE GROUND — Discussions on whether or not to build a community pool in Battle Ground will keep treading water for a little while longer.  3 people like this.
Three whole people.
Wow.

Mikey has a variety of problems.  He lacks the maturity of a 12 year old; he's a closet fringe-leftist, and he's delusional.

When he writes "once elected," that's the same thing as writing "once I levitate," since he has a better chance of defying gravity than he does ever getting elected.

In this instance, a pool... if it has any importance at all... is so far down the list as to be absurd.
Battle Ground has 3rd world streets, and this moron wants the people to be taxed for a swimming pool?

He cites relatively ancient history, and the 3 people who've wasted their time talking to this idiot stick who is going to lose this time, precisely like he lost last time, much because the people might want a pool, which certainly could come under the "want to have column" but they DEFINITELY first, want to be asked and second, will likely want to answer "no" when they are asked.

Meanwhile, the true needs of Battle Ground remain unaddressed by this pretender, who just last night got his panties in a bunch because the 5-1 vote by the city council did something that literally, apparently, caused him to pee his pants.

No one else seems upset by it, but Mikey?  He threw a snit.

And children shouldn't hold elective office.
