Thoughts on the election

As expected, leftists are playing this as a repudiation of Trump.

It isn't, of course, but that's how they're playing it.

For years now, I've made the claim that the primary motivator for the left is hatred.

As a result, leftists elected a communist/terrorist/hamas supporter as mayor in New York.

In Virginia, leftists elected a psychotic with visions of assassination and murdering children dancing in his diseased brain... not to mention a governor who refused to condemn/demand the removal of the nutjob who is now going to be the top lawyer in the state... a very white woman that Obama urged people to vote for as opposed to the black lieutenant governor who was running against her... showing his race baiting horseshit of demanding that black men vote for the Pole Dancer since she magically turned herself into an African-American for purposes of the election.

In Maine, they now support a nazi SO nazi that he has the SS death's head tattooed on his right pec. 

If a Republican had a tat like that? leftist howling over SecWar Hegseth's Christian tattoo would be barely a whisper in comparison.

THAT'S the variety of hypocrisy we've come to know and despise from the democrats.

And in New Jersey, they elected a governor who shared Governor-Elect Spanberger's love of the mental case now AG Elect in Virginia.

This, of course, illustrates the massive gaps between leftists who would cheerfully vote for a brick if it had a "D" after it's name and those who actually care about this country.

The five examples here are yet another proof of that.

Someone by the name of Jefferson once said "the government you elect is the government you deserve."

And those who voted for these outcomes DEFINATELY deserve the governments they elected.

As for this being some sort of referendum  on Trump?

It isn't.

I'm not saying that because I'm GOP.

I'm saying that for a more simplistic reason... Simplistic but accurate.

Mamdani, for his part, bought votes.

Free buses. Government stores (which have and are failing everywhere it's been tried... mainly because of shoplifting and other criminal activities these monuments to leftist stupidity have been tried) additional billions to be spent on his illegal alien voter base, and the ever popular "defunding the police."

It's sad that the "Never Forget 9/11" vote forgot and elected tis communist/terrorist/hamas supporter into this position of responsibility.

On his watch, crime will explode. As will drug use and homelessness.

But the basis for my conclusion is simple: in November of 2024, Trump picked up only 30% of the vote in NYC.  The Pole Dancer?

67%.

There was no way there'd be a different outcome.

Both the Virginia and New Jersey Soviets also went to the Pole Dancer by substantial margins.  

To expect any other outcome in these elections from the one we picked up is delusional.

As old as the old saw "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink" may be, it still holds true today.

In this election, the only thing that really shined through was the institutional hatred of the left.

In spades.

Ceasefire in gaza? Horrific mistake.

The hypocrisy of leftists and their fake outrage over Israel responding to Gazan terrorism and 1400 dead, hundreds raped and thousands wounded... Ongoing silence by feminists everywhere. Outward antisemitism and hatred of Jews generally and of Israel specifically by the left en masse and their situational ethics on display for all.

College campuses, including Huskyville University of Washington are allowed and become hotbeds of hatred and demands for genocide of the Jews/Israelis supported by several college/university administrations.

More leftist bigotry on full display. Another shameful episode right up there with US policy towards Jews in World War 2. Similar bigotry displayed when US policy sent thousands of Jews to their deaths.

Leftists everywhere who hope for the destruction of Israel have been demanding a ceasefire since October 8th.

"Humanitarian reasons" is their cry.

But those with functioning brain synapses and even a vague geopolitical understanding of the region know better.

ANY "ceasefire" (which hamas is likely to completely ignore) will serve no one but the terrorists. How'd the "ceasefires" work out in Vietnam?

The "ceasefire" is allegedly to return hostages. How many depends on what you've read.... 50 to 150. This, by itself, sets a dangerous precedent.

Do leftists notice that hamas terrorists have hostages and Israel, despite having hundreds of terrorists locked up, do not?

That said, we can now fully expect hamas to engage in the science of taking... and killing... more hostages in the future.

But more importantly, this day pause is a huge strategic opportunity for hamas to reorganize and resupply. In fact, the draft agreement includes a requirement that Israel END DRONE SURVEILANCE OVER BOTH NORTH AND SOUTH GAZA FOR THE DURATION OF THE CEASEFIRE. And the result?

More people will likely be killed as a result of this kowtowing to leftist whiners than are being saved.

Imagine a 5 day ceasefire a month after D-Day in Normandy. Imagine what would have happened.

The outcome here is likely to be similar. IDF momentum stopped in its tracks. Zero strategic advantage to Israel which, due to its short logistical lines, has zero problem with resupply.

So, one can reasonably ask themselves: who will gain the most from this effort? And why?

Why do so many involved with BLM turn out to be flat out liars and crooks? Today's example, Shaun King, AKA "Talcum X."

In addition to lying about his color/race, the male version of Rachel Dolezal (The infamous Scandinavian white woman masquerading as being so black, she was president of the NAACP Chapter in Spokane before she was outed) aka "Talcum X" or Shaun King, has attempted to take credit for freeing 2 American hostages from his terrorist heroes, hamas.

Like most of the bigoted racists of the organizational money laundering operation euphemistically known as "Black Lives Matter," King for his part is a hamas cheerleader, delighted that 32 Americans were slaughtered along with 1368 others by his terrorist buds on October 7.

Always seeking attention in addition to his lies about race, King attempted to take credit for their release.

It's a shame that so many involved in BLM are criminals and liars who took advantage for fund-raising purposes of well-meaning people who mistakenly took them at face value.

Most have known better now for quite some time.

Add to that psychopathic liars again attempting to benefit from the agony of others... agony that many in the BLM organization rabidly support, and you wind up with this kind of debacle.

The irony of BLM turning into a different version of the Klan can't really be overstated.

The NEXT doctor was an ER Doc in New York, one Dr. Dian Diab of Lennox Hill Hospital. I say "was" because the moment her support for the bloodthirsty scum of hamas hit social media, the hospital fired her at warp speed

I find these things simply astounding.

Driven by a hatred so deep, they're incapable of controlling themselves in an era of lightning fast social media which they, apparently, had no idea would result in ending them professionally.

All so they could vent their hatred.

All that education and experience wasted.

But that is certainly how deep it goes.

Killed and wounded at Ft. Hood should get the Purple Heart.

I must admit that I hadn't thought about it. But in a combat situation, when one of us is wounded, particularly with some seriousness (again, letting out John Kerry, since there is no award for self-inflicted wounds) one is awarded the Purple Heart.

I believe that the second Major Hasan made the decision to kill American soldiers he qualified as an "enemy of the United States."

That, to me, means that anyone killed or wounded by any terrorist attack, including 9/11, while serving in the Armed Forces of the United States deserves the award and all that goes with it... and that includes the troops at Ft. Hood as well as the Little Rock Recruiting Station and the other fragging attack by an American Muslim, Sgt Hasan Akbar, that typically goes unmentioned.

We can come up with a dozen reasons NOT to award this medal.

But we can also come up with a dozen reasons TO award this medal.

And under the circumstances, when it comes to those who’ve shed their blood for this country at the hands of an enemy… ANY enemy… acknowledging that fact with this medal is the least we can do.

Israel must destroy Hamas: Hamas chief says no chance of deal with Israel

Terrorism is an outmoded form of protest. It has yet to succeed to any long-term outcome.

Most terrorist outfits are run by reasonably smart guys. Twisted, but smart. Many are well-educated. In their inner heart of hearts, many of them know they're doomed, and that their movements only remain afloat on a sea of blood.

In this instance, the terrorist de jour is one Khaled Mashaal, whom it is alleged holds a BS in Physics from Kuwait U. Takes some academic stones to get a degree in Physics. I doubt that *I* could do it (My degree is in Government, and my Masters work towards an MBA.) but along the way, most schools require at least a dalliance at some level in history.

Historically, there has never been a terrorist movement that has successfully achieved it's aims.

This current iteration will be no different. Mashaal and other terrorists know this. But they also know they waste away to complete insignificance if they fold up there tents and go away... thus their dogged determination to fight to an ignoble end.

Like Hamas.

When a terrorist leader that doesn't live in the area in question (and that is Mashaal) tells others how to live, what he's REALLY saying is that he wants what he wants, no matter HOW many of you have to die to get it. It's much like the hierarchy of the Cowlitz Tribe attempting to jam a mega-casino down our throats here in Clark County; they will reap ALL of the benefit and suffer NONE of the negative consequences of their acts... since they don't live here. It's as easy for Mashaal to tell others to go out and sacrifice themselves for HIS cause as it is for Barnett, Harju and VanMechelen to tell us that since the rape of the megacasino is inevitable, we should relax and enjoy it.

In this instance, this walking target yammers: "No deal with Israel."

Of course, it's damned easy to say that when you live in Damascus, and Israeli planes aren't engaging in urban renewal in YOUR neighborhood. It's that kind of "courage" (using the term loosely) that demands YOUR blood for HIS cause that's at the root of the problem.

Charles Krauthammer sums it up with his typically insightful treatise: "Crushing Hamas is the answer: There's no other way to resolve this conflict" nails it by making a persuasive case to implement that strategy.

It will be a difficult task. But for Israel, you have to arrive at a point where enough is enough, and no amount of talk will fix the situation. You must send a message. And you must send it over and over and over again, until it's heard.

And the message for today? Destroy Hamas. Wherever and whenever you find them.

No other message will be heard. No other message will matter. And failure this time must not be an option.

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip — A top Hamas leader says the Gaza war has killed the last chance for settlement and negotiations with Israel.

Damascus-based Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal condemned Israel's attack on the Gaza Strip as a "holocaust" in a fiery speech broadcast on the Arabic news channel Al-Jazeera

Mashaal's comments Saturday come as Hamas teams are in Cairo to negotiate over an Egyptian-proposed cease-fire to end Israeli attacks on the militant organization that rules Gaza.

Mashaal also called for an end to Israeli attacks, the removal of its forces from Gaza, and a lifting of the Gaza blockade.

I've frequently wondered why Israel continues to show such high levels of forbearance against the terrorists infesting it's border region.

Proportionally, the death of one Israeli (with a population of 5,542,000 Jews; 1,477,000 Israeli Arabs and the remainder a mixtures of others (318,000.) for a total of 7,337,000) would equal the deaths of roughly 45 Americans. (Our population is roughly 45 times that of Israel.)

So, every day, Israel is on the receiving end of terrorist missiles, mostly supplied by Iran. They have put up with it and put up with it and put up with it, until the last few days.

A note for you leftists opposed to our effective border fence: since the Israelis have put up their border fence, suicide murders/bombings have become practically unknown.

What is it that Sean Connery said in that movie about Elliott Ness In the Untouchables?

"if one of them pulls a knife, you pull a gun; if they put one of yours in the hospital, put one of theirs in the morgue."

Israel needs to go back to this policy. Being the nice guy has availed them nothing. Making concession after concession has accomplished zip.

EVERY time ANY missile flies into Israel, they should mount massive and devastating counter attacks immediately. That means they should flatten towns and villages around the border region. This should become a policy, an automatic default setting.

Destroy enough of the region and I guarantee you that the people will rise up and throw off the yolk of the Hamas and Fatah terrorist oppression.

I hate to sound callous about it, but I care no more about the deaths of Palestinian civilians, including the deaths of Palestinian children; then the Palestinians care about the deaths of Israeli civilians, including children.

In short.... not at all.

Israel's situation is desperate. The are surrounded by hundreds of millions who would celebrate their destruction much like they celebrated the damage we suffered on 9/11.

They must make it so expensive to attack them that the attackers will simply not even consider it as an option.

And that also means attacking Iran. And soon.

Enough is enough. How much would we take? How much would you take if your neighbor started firing into your house? And what would you do to defend it?

"The carnage has inflamed Arab public opinion, and the diplomatic fallout came swiftly."

So... how come firing missiles in Israeli civilian targets doesn't "inflame Arab public opinion?"

This has been going on for months... and how outraged has the Arab street been about that?

And where's the "diplomatic fallout" for the terrorist supporter countries?

There isn't any.

So, Israel must ignore what others have to say. They must do what is right for their survival. And we must stop supporting those who would destroy them.

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip — Israel widened its deadliest-ever air offensive against Gaza's Hamas rulers Sunday, pounding smuggling tunnels and a central prison, sending more tanks and artillery toward the Gaza border and approving a reserves callup for a possible ground invasion.

Israeli leaders said they would press ahead with the Gaza campaign, despite enraged protests across the Arab world and Syria's decision to break off indirect peace talks with the Jewish state. Israel's foreign minister said the goal was to halt Gaza rocket fire on Israel for good, but not to reoccupy the territory.

With the two-day death toll climbing above 290 Sunday, crowds of Gazans breached the border wall with Egypt to escape the chaos. Egyptian forces, some firing in the air, tried to push them back into Gaza and an official said one border guard was killed.

Hamas, in turn, fired missiles deeper than ever into Israel, near the Israeli port city of Ashdod, and continues to command some 20,000 fighters.

Yet Hamas leaders were forced into hiding, most of the dead were from the Hamas security forces, and Israel's military intelligence chief said Hamas' ability to fire rockets had been reduced by 50 percent. Indeed, Hamas rockets fire dropped off sharply, from more than 130 on Saturday to just over 20 on Sunday.

Israel's intense bombings - some 300 air strikes since midday Saturday - wreaked unprecedented destruction in Gaza, reducing entire buildings to rubble.

Shlomo Brom, a former senior Israeli military official, said it was the deadliest force ever used in decades of Israeli-Palestinian fighting. "Since Hamas took over Gaza (in June 2007), it has become a war between two states, and in war between states, more force is used," he said.
European leaders called on both Israel and Hamas to end the bloodshed.
