And the winner of THE most clueless chunk of legislation THIS session is:

Sen. Lynda (Property Tax) WILSON!!!!!

Wilson (D-Tracy) is best known so far for lying to the GOP PCO's about how she and Rivers' rape of the budget to pay off the WEA and bend over to the state Supreme Court, has introduced a DANDY little piece of trash to try and speed up her political demise (Along with that of Rivers, Vick and Harris) as they rabidly try to resurrect the massively unpopular CRC/Loot Rail scam, as part of their insanity involving the replacement of the I-5 Bridge... a safe, functioning bridge that we do not want replaced, cannot afford to BE replaced and that does not NEED replacement... except as a way to bring the cancer of loot rail into Clark County.

Here it is:  SB 6118

And what does it do, among other things: it attempts to legislate the methods used by Oregon to determine their representation on Wilson/Rivers/Harris/Vick's fantasy little committee... as if.

As if such a law could be made to apply to some other state.

As if anyone, regardless of position, was appointed by, say, the governor of Oregon, would be rejected by this massive GOP betrayal coffee klatch.

Here's the idiotic language the fake conservative used in her bill:
(2)(a) The joint Oregon-Washington legislative action committee is established, with sixteen members as provided in this subsection:

(i) The speaker and minority leader of the house of representatives of each state shall jointly appoint four members, two from each of the two largest caucuses of their state's house of representatives.

(ii) The majority leader and minority leader of the senate of each state shall jointly appoint four members, two from each of the two largest caucuses of their state's senate.
Or what?

What happens, were Oregon actually interested in involving themselves in this insanity; if they decided to say, appoint 4 janitors through a state lottery instead?

Who these people are and how they're appointed by Oregon?  IF Oregon gets off the dime and appoints anybody?

None of our business.

That Wilson thinks it is?

Shows that THIS bill is even more clueless than the entire scam of trying to resurrect the most hated public works project in the history of SW Washington.

Yeah... insulting the government of Oregon.  That's CERTAINLY the way to get them involved.

Pure genius, this.

Idiot.
