We'll both be disappointed.
This is not the first time. And the item in question is to replace my dying Note 4 battery.
What I know for sure is many things... but that Amazon is "sorry for any inconvenience" is a crock. Because this happens all too often.
If they WERE sorry, they'd discount the item or some such, instead of ignoring the fact that I'm paying for the privilege of two business day delivery.
Makes paying for Prime quite a bit more difficult.
