So, here's why Brent Boger went politically dark.

The number one thing in life Boger has ever really wanted is to become a judge.  And now, Boger thinks he's got his shot... since District Court Judge James Swanger is retring.

Well, not long after the election, Boger took down his leftist-RINO rally page, aka "Clark County Center Left."  There's nothing much political now on his personal FB page... because, you know, deleting this stuff makes it, well, disappear.

Right?

It was where the RINOs and their leftist handlers could comment on Crain/Boger's efforts to get conservatives out of politics around here locally.

At first, I thought it was because Boger had humiliated himself by rabidly supporting my numbskull brother-in-law, democrat Marc Boldt.... and that he'd humiliated himself with his bizarre, clueless predictions concerning Trump's election.
“Here is my final prognostication for federal elections. Clinton will win with a 4% percent popular vote margin over Trump. She will have an Electoral College margin of 300 to 238. Trump carries all of the Romney states including Georgia, Arizona, and North Carolina plus carries Ohio and Iowa carried by Obama in 2016. There has been a noticeable drift toward Clinton over the weekend in the polls. There still is the shy or hidden Trump vote theory that is plausible but I don't think will significantly alter the results.
The critical phrase in all of that is "I don't think."

Clearly.

That would explain why he was kissing Boldt's boots and playing uber-moderate to make up for his past chairmanship of the local GOP... and the hope that we'd forget about all the times he'd thrown a hissy fit and quit because things didn't go his way... or that no one in GOP leadership would listen to him.

If, as I hope, Boger doesn't get the gig, then expect his leftist page to reemerge.

The unsolved mystery.... solved.
