Like Trump will roll back all of Obama's insanity by executive order; either Chaos or Cotton would do the same by fiat, resulting in, essentially, an immediate increase in mission readiness/capability merely by the presense of either.
This is a rough business. And it should be ran by rough men, men with a proven record. These two have it.
