CNN web site (posted about 3 hours ago (now just before 6PM local time), Lakeisha N. Holloway, 24 years old.
Apparently she claims to have been hassled by security at various properties when she had been trying to sleep in her car with her daughter -- but she kept being "run off" from different properties. She claimed not to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
USA Today (posted 19 minutes ago) has a similar article. The USA Today article adds that the driver will be charged with "murder with a deadly weapon" along with other charges related to the incident.
ABC posted similar information about 5 hours ago.
