Generally, if those morons in the White House oppose something, I'm going to be for it.
If they support something, I'm usually going to be against it.
Immigration is no different. Illegal alien free passes are no different.
And what the RINO's don't get is that on this issue, clearly, the majority of the base do not want anyone who does not share Trump's view as president. And I, per force, will not vote for anyone who does not share that view.
But we needn't over-complicate this... no massive round up will be required because we do, in fact, have a tail that can wag the illegal alien dog.
The simple solution is to end the reasons illegal aliens come here.
End the illegal alien destination resort that grateful American taxpayers (speaking fictitiously) provide for millions here breaking our laws as the leftists work to shore up their voter base with the illegal alien vote.
Imprison those who hire them. Confiscate the employer's property, personal and business.
End schooling them.
End in-state tuition for illegal aliens.
End welfare for illegal aliens.
End property rights for illegal aliens.
Fine the home country of any illegal alien $10 million for each illegal caught.
Set up illegal alien courts at locations around the border. Require an illegal to prove they are here legally. Keep them in custody until they are deported.
Make "sanctuary cities" and "sanctuary states" illegal. Cut off all federal funding of any kind to any entity providing safe harbor to those breaking our laws based on the fact that they are not legal residents or citizens of this country.
Take them as far away as possible and dump them once they are deported.
The idea that we would have to round up illegals under these circumstances is obviously not true. Once this process was implemented, illegals would wither on the vine and leave here in droves.
To enact these laws, however, would require something the left and the RINOs do not possess.
Backbone.
That said, Trump's message resonates because this is what the people of the GOP want.
This isn't about what's "humane" or "inhumane."
It's not our job to be the refuge of the entire planet.
And the reality is this: those leaving their countries for a better life here illegally, a life that costs those of us living here in unimaginable ways, have a duty to stay where they are and make the changes needed in their countries to improve their lives their.
You see, as an American, I don't owe someone from Canada a damned thing. Or any other country, for that matter.
So why do we have to pay for them at the risk of our economy and our jobs and our security?
