First, in reviewing the evidence, it appears that Greg Kimsey is guilty as hell.
Second, the local GOP should bounce his RINO butt out.
Third, he should wind up in front of a judge.
Fourth, the Charter should be declared null and void because of Kimsey's actions.
That's my take.
But yesterday, I suggested that Tony Golik, who I supported for re-election to county prosecutor, would do nothing. On the contrary, he did the right thing.
The idea that their may be a "potential conflict" is absolutely right, given Kimsey's claims that he acted through the prosecutor's office.
Nevertheless, the local GOP should be gearing up to handle it's own investigation on the off chance the AG does nothing, as provided by the rules concerning Kimsey's actions.
Meanwhile, more elected like Tim "The Liar" Leave-it should be guided by similar concerns when it comes to his CRC/Loot Rail fetish.
