This is the first legal attempt I've ever seen to overturn an election. And it's using the cover of a charter effort to get it done.
But hatred and playground bigotry isn't a reason to change the form of government we have now... so I am a "no."
We all know that none of this would be happening if, God forbid, Marc Boldt had managed to win re-election.
That, in an of itself, is why I'm opposing this effort, every other issue notwithstanding.

This has never been about anything but the fringe-left's hatred of Commissioners Mielke and Madore.
It's not about what's best for the people of Clark County: these scum could care less about that as much as they could care less that we hated their CRC Scam.
This is about the leftist scum who can't get over the fact that they got clobbered at the polls... and this effort amounts to a legal coup attempt to overturn the will of the people.
And I won't have it.
Their campaign will be a campaign of lies, distortion, exaggeration and everything they did with the CRC/Loot Rail Scam.
We will not be fooled. And they ARE going to lose.
