Uh, oh.... I feel a "strongly worded condemnation" coming on!

When you have a coward who's spent years gutting our military and weakening our country in the White House,  and a clueless idiot As Secretary of State, this kind of babble is likely causing hysteria in the Kremlin.

Not of fear... but of laughter.
