Given the hatred of the losers, I was struck by this poster as an idea of going forward:
There is no end to what can be accomplished if those who lost could get past it... and just "...accept our own responsibility for the future."
The loss of the CRC project in no way ends the requirement that we search for a better, more acceptable plan that addresses the needs of traffic and that this community can get behind at the ballot box.
Will the Montagues of our community give up their hated CRC? Will an adult rise up among them and challenge them to move forward?
Of course not. But imagine what we could accomplish if they did.
