So, unless you're willing to kick out the illegal aliens your party gave in-state tuition rates to, and kick out the out-of-state and foreign students to free up the slots for the in-state students, then this is never going to happen.
Further, you need to stop being a moron and tell us HOW you're going to indulge your fantasies on non-existent issues, instead of focusing on the real problems: terrible teachers and that leach teacher's union.
