Compromise is the key to moving forward. I'm convinced we can do it in a day with an agreed upon plan. However, I would hope all of Clark County, but the 49th LD delegation in particular will oppose any plan that only has us paying the increased gas tax without out any project(s). No projects, no plan, no way! And here is were it will get sticky - will SW Washington get 450 million as promised with the CRC or will that all now go North to Seattle?
Clearly, this is yet another case where, to the fringe-left nutter like Molehill, "compromise" has but one meaning:
Do it my way, or no way.
The CRC Scammers have yet to offer ANY substantive compromise to their "no loot rail/no bridge" position.
If there is going to be additional compromise, it must come fronm the leftist scum like Molehill who have no difficulty ascrewing the entirety of Clark County to get what he wants" 40+ years of ever-increasing tolls and a 60 second reduction in the southbound commute... all so he can get rectal with the people of this county over loot rail.
There will be no transportation package of any kind for any reason without a vote of the people. And if it contains one dime for the CRC Scam, there won't be a transportation package, period.
That's OUR side's compromise. If you fringe-left punks don't like it?
Go pound sand.
