Folks, these is no justification for rewarding illegal aliens with or for anything.
Permanently restricting them or their illegal children from any benefit or any chance of citizenship; any job, any ownership of property, any license, any business, any government support, any education, any medical care save to stabilize them for deportation: these are the kinds of steps we must take to control this issue.
If we EVER want to end illegal aliens from coming over the boarder, THESE are the kinds of steps that have to be taken.
Otherwise... why would they stay away and follow our rules? What's the incentive not to break our laws when morons in government want to fund illegal alien education, even in college?
That's why on this issue, Paul, Rubio, Graham, McCain and the rest are selling us out in an effort to pander... all without doing or accomplishing ANYTHING to stop the problem.
You cannot have it both ways: we are the destination resort for illegals... or we're not.
We either reward these people for breaking our laws while the others outside the country obey those laws... or we don't.
The classical definition for insanity has to play a role here, somewhere. We keep doing this crap, or various versions of it, and have done so since the lies of Reagan's amnesty. And it only gets worse.
And nothing that the Rubios or Pauls or any of the rest advocate will do anything to fix the problem. On the contrary...
... it will only serve to make it worse.

Guy, I've told you my pitch on this issue. It's intractable so we need to stop the knee=jerk reactions and get real. First, build the biggest, f*kin' baddest fence/wall/killzone we can BUT if someone gets in then, dude, we shake their hand and say, "Hey, congratulations, you made it!"
Here's the trouble with that.
This issue is going to be pretty much settled by 16. And no one that I know of in the gang of 8 is drawing that line in the sand.
They've got to know there will be a cost then if they sell us out now. They're not going to get the Hispanic vote no matter what they do, so caving for nothing is idiotic from the get-go.
