Kimsey sued over signature issue

The suit was filed today.  More as it comes up.

For whatever the reason, I can't post the PDF files... but Service took place a little after 3 today.

it was filed in Cowlitz County, and Stephen Pidgeon is the attorney.

Case is Patella v. Kimsey and the case number is 13 2 00212 5.
