Do we have MORE rights now than we did in 2009 when Obama was inaugurated...

....or fewer?

The 2nd Amendment says:
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
The STATE Constitution says: (Article 10, Section 1)
Text of Section 1:  Who Liable To Military Duty.
All able-bodied male citizens of this state between the ages of eighteen (18) and forty-five (45) years except such as are exempt by laws of the United States or by the laws of this state, shall be liable to military duty.
In a few hours, Obama will again expand his power by bypassing Congress and implementing laws that "infringe" our rights concerning our guns.

I hear morons like Kithaber in Oregon question why we, as civilians, NEED "assault rifles."  Or another idiot in Oregon (there are so very many) a senator by the name of Burdick, ask
"Even hunters are restricted from using large capacity magazines: there is a five cartridge limit for large game hunting, and three for bird hunting," wrote the Portland Democrat, a longtime advocate of gun control. "If we limit capacity for hunting animals, why do we not extend that principle to guns that may harm our neighbors?"
Because, you morons:  why I have assault rifles or 10,000 round magazines if I feel like it is none of your fricking business.

This isn't ABOUT hunting.

This isn't ABOUT target shooting.

This IS about defending ourselves from government tyranny... the kind Kitzhaber, who lies when he says he supports the 2nd Amendment, and Burdick, appear to want to ram down our throats.

If Burdick's idiotic "reasoning" is taken to it's logical 3end, that is, the big magazines can "harm our neighbors" then her NEXT act will be to confiscate our guns.

Because when it COMES to guns, it only takes ONE bullet to do that, you empty-suited idiot.

So, the only step left is to remove the MEANS to FIRE a bullet.

When our government gets stupid like this, it makes those of us who Obama said so famously want to "cling to our guns," do so even more.

And here's the deal:  My government can't have mine.

Not now.  Not ever.

Which brings us back to the original question: do we have more right's on the empty suited, anti-American racist bigot in the White House's watch?

Or fewer?
