The "outdemocrating the democrats" strategy: RINO Rob and RINO Reagan are getting clobbered.

SurveyUSA has the gruesome details:

RINO Rob  -5  (49 - 44)

RINO Reagan  -9  (42 - 33)

Pandering does not get you elected.  Trashing the Boy Scouts, selling us out to the tribes, calling Gov. Scott Walker's wildly successful efforts to rein in the PSE's "terrorism?"

Election year conversions to gay marriage support?

Doesn't cut it.

Ballots drop in 5 or 6 weeks.  I doubt these two will make it, and clearly, they don't deserve to.

It's likely that Finkbieiner, another RINO, will get his butt kicked... again... by Brad Owen for LT. Governor.

Initiatives:

Same Sex Marriage: +18 (56 - 38)

Charter Schools:  +24  (52 - 28)

2/3rds leg vote for tax increases +37  (58 - 21)

Legalize pot  +23  (57 - 34)

And Washington State becomes a deeper, darker shade of blue in what should be a GOP tidal wave.

Go figure.

I draw a different conclusion...

If all the "liberal" initiatives are kicking ass - and I mean KICKING, yet those two yahoos are only down by single digits, then their "pandering" works. The problem is they don't draw a clear dividing line. McKenna is especially guilty with his moronic support of public employee unions - they should be a Republican whipping horse.

I dunno, Martin... the 2/3rds vote requirement to raise taxes is a bit of a stretch when it comes to "liberal" initiatives...

This is where I point out that before Rob's panderfest started, he was +10 back in February.

Now he's -5, a -15% swing.

"Pandering" may work... but it ain't working here, I don't believe.

McKenna probably appealed to some Liberals before he opened his mouth. I don't think Republicans are going to Inslee - no matter what McKenna says.

p.s. The reoccuring 2/3rd vote requirement has surpassed partisanship.
