More on the Obama weakness: one staffer killed in Benghazi consulate attack.

When you have an incompetent coward serving as president. this is the kind of thing that militant extremists are willing to do.

These attacks, which re-enforce the perception that Americans are weak, result in moronic press releases like this:

U.S. Embassy Condemns Religious Incitement

September 11, 2012
The Embassy of the United States in Cairo condemns the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims – as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions. Today, the 11th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, Americans are honoring our patriots and those who serve our nation as the fitting response to the enemies of democracy. Respect for religious beliefs is a cornerstone of American democracy. We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to hurt the religious beliefs of others.
Seriously?

Our Embassy in Cairo is attacked, and our response is to fill the air full of a press release?

It is Egypt's responsibility to PROTECT our Embassy.  Clearly, they did not want to do that.

This attack was aided and abetted by Obama's buddies that he supported so strongly.

Is it any wonder that their allies have attacked a consulate in Libya... a place we HELPED throw off the yolk of tyranny, murdering an American staffer there?

Does anyone believe these efforts were not connected?

And that goes to the question: what are we going to do about it?

With the empty-suited, Anti-American bigoted coward in the White House?

Nothing.

Our enemies are counting on it.

And as long as Obama is in the White House... they probably should.
BENGHAZI, Libya — An armed mob protesting over a film they said offended Islam, attacked the US consulate in Benghazi on Tuesday and set fire to the building, killing one American, witnesses and officials said.

Libya's deputy interior minister Wanis al-Sharef told AFP: "One American official was killed and another injured in the hand. The other staff members were evacuated and are safe and sound."
He could not say if the dead man was a diplomat.
Abdelmonoem al-Horr, spokesman for the Libyan interior ministry's security commission, said rocket-propelled grenades were fired at the consulate from a nearby farm. Security forces and the interior ministry were trying to contain the situation, he added.

The attack happened on the same day as a similar group of hardliners waving black banners attacked the US embassy in Cairo and tore down the US flag, but it was not immediately clear if the two incidents were coordinated.

The protests came on the eleventh anniversary of the attacks of September 11, 2001, when US cities were targeted by hijacked planes.

More:
When people attack an Embassy, it's precisely the same thing as attacking this contry.

This should never have been allowed to happen.

Where were the Marines?  Why didn't we defend our land?

As this concept sweeps across the Middle East, what is that simple idiot going to do about it?

If Egypt (or anyplace else) won't protect our embassy - get the hell out. Who gives a shit about Egypt? If they want to go to war, nuke 'em, otherwise let them rot.
