Watch this video of a Tumwater high school football player being penalized for thanking God for his touchdown in a play off game.
Now, I think it's kinda dumb to thank God for getting a touchdown... frankly, I think He has much bigger fish to fry.
But as the announcer pointed out, it's done everywhere else without idiots throwing flags.
The guy who tossed this one shouldn't be allowed to ref a tiddlywinks match, let alone a playoff football game. He's very fortunate that his stupidity didn't seem to impact the outcome.
