Jeanne Harris: Moron to the very end.

It's unfortunate that Jeanne Harris was ever in government, much like it's unfortunate that the rest of the Vancouver government seems to believe they operate in a bubble and because they are a large population group (Though not the largest by any means: Compared to the rest of the county, they're about 40% of the population (165,489 to 438,287)) everyone else should just bow and scrape before them, kissing their ass and just going along with their program.

Bullshit.

It was my displeasure, many years ago, to watch this vacuous waste of skin attempt to ram a 5% tax on movie theater tickets down Vancouver's throats, for the various Arts organizations in the city.  I was at the city council meeting when this simple idiot, who was making this effort after the local passage (It passed by big numbers even in the Vancouver Soviet) of I-695 during the period after it passed and the time it was supposed to be implemented, when that arrogant putz announced that she "wasn't going to let the results of I-695 'color her thinking.'"

Like her embarrassing loss in the primary, she lost that vote as well... showing a path of utter cluelessness and the arrogance of a Steve "Slimeball" Stuart, both acolytes of the "screw what the people want, I'm doing what *I* want" school of thought.

Ahhhh the arrogance of the ignorant, who view their judgement as superior to that of those they would govern.

Of course, Slimeball is likely facing the same kind of ignominious exit from government that Harris and another idiot stick, Pat Campbell faced in HIS primary as well.

Which leads us to today:

Harris, who has ran (and lost) for the legislature; tried to scam her way into a legislative appointment (and failed) and who twice got her ass kicked by Marc Boldt (of all people) for county commissioner, clearly hasn't a clue about how government is SUPPOSED to work.  And first, the people outside of Vancouver have let her know (As a result of her getting hammered in her runs against Boldt) and now INSIDE Vancouver (And in no uncertain terms) that they no longer want her in government... thus her exit.

So, on the way out, what does this simple idiot do?

Attacks Sen. Ann Rivers (R-18) because, God forbid, Ann had the temerity to actually represent her district and do all she could to spike Vancouver's idiocy, AKA the CRC Scam... an effort that she was rather successful at, I might add.  (They don't call her "Bridge Killer" for nothing.)

As a result, we have, on one hand, the blithering idiocy of a has been (Jeanne Harris) on the descent; while on the other, we have Sen. Ann Rivers, the number one Freeholder vote-getter and the Senate Majority Whip.

Harris realizes that Rivers has, and will, achieve political goals that she, Harris, can't even conceive of accomplishing.  Rivers has proven her effectiveness in jamming a spike in Vancouver's eye, while Harris is left to mutter as she's shown the door.

This is one of the final episodes of Harris's idiocy... leaving the lasting impression that like Slimeball, she's just an arrogant putz who shouldn't have been elected 3rd grade hall monitor... although she is now all-too-typical of the embarrassment that is the political leadership of the Vancouver Soviet.

The fact is this: these morons put ALL of their political capital into doing everything they could, along with the Downtown Mafia/Identity Vancouver, CRUDEC/Chamber of Horrors types infesting us, to scam the legislature into supporting their multi-billion dollar rip off.

The CRC, in EVERY POSSIBLE SENSE, represents a black hole of transportation dollars.  It's so huge, so unnecessary, so unneeded... and it sucked ALL of the oxygen out of the room when it comes to transportation projects in Clark County... because the billions the CRC Scammers intended to waste would not be in ADDITION to other transportation monies for other projects: rather it would, instead, be INSTEAD of other transportation projects.

So, if Harris is looking for those responsible for this state of affairs, then she, along with the rest of the Ape Brigade, needs to find herself in front of a full-length mirror viewing it in terms of ever-shrinking concentric circles.

Our transportation issues DO need solutions: but the idea that the state is going to spend hundreds of millions on project OUTSIDE the CRC Scam around here shows a level of delusion that marks the government of the Vancouver Soviet with a "kick me, I'm stupid" sign.

Meanwhile, Sen. Rivers is working on solutions... solutions... a concept unheard of by the scum trying to ram this streaming pile down our throat... and obviously unheard of by Harris.

Good riddance.

“It is not her role to create a project for Southwest Washington”
Posted on December 3, 2013 by Stephanie Rice

Vancouver City Councilor Jeanne Harris, who lost in the August primary and will leave the council at the end of this month, isn’t going quietly.

During Monday’s workshop with Mark Brown, the city’s lobbyist in Olympia, the council discussed local priorities for the 2014 legislative agenda. Talk turned to a draft of a transportation revenue package that gives very little love to Clark County.

Brown told councilors that since so much energy was spent on the Columbia River Crossing, which ultimately wasn’t supported, “we’re coming to the dance late.” Other lawmakers have been advocating for their projects since the first day of session, Brown said.

He said State Sen. Ann Rivers, R-La Center, told him that she’s still fighting for Clark County projects to be included in the transportation package.

She’s also independently working on what she calls a replacement project for the CRC, Brown said. He said Rivers has been doing a lot of research and talking to people and would like to come “and have a conversation with the city of Vancouver about what she knows and what she’s thinking.”

Brown said he told her he thought that would be a good idea.

“Obviously we have a great deal at stake in terms of that project and where that project ultimately lands, Brown said.”

Harris spoke up.

“To your last comment regarding Senator Rivers, it is not her role to create a project for Southwest Washington,” Harris said. “We have a CRC project and we asked for that to be funded. And that’s how it works.”

She said her suggestion to state lawmakers is to put together a transportation package and vote on it.

“We’ve done our job here at the local level. We’ve prepared ourselves. We’ve done our homework,” Harris said.

Rivers, reached today on the phone, said she sometimes watches city council meetings on CVTV but was watching the Seattle Seahawks game last night. Told of Harris’ assertion that coming up with an alternative plan “is not her role,” Rivers said any time elected officials work together on a project that will be supported by the people who elected them, it’s good policy.

She added that she’s looking forward to working with the sitting members of the city council during the next legislative session.

I didn’t cut the video down because I thought maybe one or two people would be bored enough to want to watch this whole meeting, but Harris starts talking at about the 35-minute mark.

I'm sure the fact that this clown is allowed to break the law has nothing to do with his nephew, right?

Any sentient being knows what a slimeball Barack Obama actually is.  So, is this surprising in the least?

Obama breaks the law all the time... every day, in fact.  Is there any doubt someone working for him called the judge and told him what was up?

This scumbag has no right to be here.  I don't give a rat's patootie if he's Mother Teresa.

But the judge says he can stay.

So much for the lie that this is a Nation of Laws (tm).

Obama’s uncle allowed to remain in US, judge rules

A federal immigration judge today allowed President Obama’s uncle, Onyango “Omar” Obama to remain in the United States, following a hearing in which the name of the president was invoked by the 69-year-old Kenyan who has been living here for some 50 years.

US Immigration Judge Leonard I. Shapiro issued his ruling from the bench. He said he believed Onyango Obama was a gentleman, a good neighbor, paid his taxes, and met the criterial for legal permanent residency, commonly known as a green card.

During the hearing, Onyango Obama testified, “I do have a nephew. He’s the president of the United States.”

He also contradicted the White House’s assertion that the president had never met him. Onyango Obama testified that his nephew lived with him in Cambridge for three weeks while the future president was a student at Harvard Law School in the late 1980s.

(Really?  What's ANOTHER lie?)

Shapiro based his decision on a federal immigration law that allows people who have lived in the United States since prior to 1972 to apply for residency.

“Thank you, Your Honor,” Onyango Obama said after Shapiro’s ruling.

The irony of the rag's latest screw the people editorial: In the democratian's view: Integrity Misconstrued.

The irony of such a headline is difficult to ignore: that a cancer on the science of journalism... a true blight on our local society, would presume to lecture us about "integrity" given the decades that have gone by wherein they've shown they have no idea what the word means... is not unlike checking with the Stalinist-era editors of the Soviet newspaper, Pravda Izvestia, to get a definition of capitalism.

In a "newspaper" where situational ethics is the rule of the day; where lies, distortions, personal attacks against the defenseless who cannot fight back; where "facts" have no place in their leftist world, the idea that the scumbag who wrote this, either Lefty Lou Brancaccio or Greg "Me Tarzan, You" Jayne could presume to school ANYONE on what integrity is or what it means is simply beyond the pale.

This blight on our region has not and does not PRACTICE integrity: clearly they either don't know what integrity is, or they're unaware of the application of the term: either way, they're hardly in a position to trumpet the word in any way.

Putting up an article as if it were written by democracy commissioner Steve "Slimeball" Stuart, ticking off leftist talking points like they were emailed to them and having it masquerade as an editorial doesn't make any impact on the electorate.

The people of this community have once again, overwhelmingly rejected the rag's vision and support of the most massive rip off in the history of the Northwestern United States, and in so doing, have, county-wide, shown their support of Commissioner Madore's view over theirs... and like Madore's election in the first place, the local daily kitty litter liner simply cannot stand it.

Driven by hatred, there's nothing that Madore can do that will meet with their approval, save killing himself.  They will use him in an effort to beat anyone opposed to their positions to death, a club to fracture political skulls and scare off anyone who would dare get in Brancaccio's face and tell him, quite politely, to fuck off.

Let me lay it out for the dillwad's at the Lazy C:

It is NEVER a "clownish escapade" to put concrete into the voice of the people.

Scumbags like Stuart, who've made it clear in their political death throws that they don't give a damn  what the people of this county want, are naturally going to view the people as a mere speed-bump in their drive to implement their grand agenda.

The "clownish" excuse for newspaper fits into the same category.  Where Stuart slit his own throat on video during a commission meeting by telling the world:
"And I've said it before: I don't speak for the people.. I will NEVER speak for "the people," I speak for Steve and some of you are going to agree with me and some of you aren't."
The democratian shares that view, as their years of lies, distortions, attacks and damage to this community can attest.

The fact is that the CScam Board acted irresponsibly. The fact is that Scumbag Stuart sold us out. That he did it in support of the democratian's agenda doesn't change it.

That the rag's on a jihad against Madore doesn't change Stuart's, The Liar's, or the rest of the scum's misfeasance in office.

Before they exclaim that, in yet another attack in the series of attacks against David Madore, he doesn't seem aware of what the word means... shouldn't they get a clue and practice it awhile themselves?

That the rag doesn't like it?

All that means is that Madore is right.

If the morally and financially bankrupt excuse for newspaper hates it?

Well, gee. That's just too damned bad.

"You mad, bro?" Nate Silver weighs in: Democrats face massacre in US Senate races, possibly down 12 senators.

As folks are finally getting past the hype (Clearly, the American voter can be quite gullible) and finally figuring out that the president is an empty-suited idiot and his party is bent on the destruction of this country.

Well, the trend is building, and congressionally, 2014 is trending towards a replay of 20 years ago, when the GOP swept the leftists out of office across the land in what amounts to a "reset" of government.

I'm not wild about the PROBABILITY of this outcome, because given GOP ineptitude at most levels, I have no real faith that they won't find a way to screw it up somehow, much like they screwed up 2012.

But the empty-suited, anti_American bigot's incompetence seems to finally be grating on the American people, save the color-blinded black voter, who has been trained to only think in terms of race when they vote (and when things like affirmative action don't go their way): and who will continue to slavishly support that simple idiot in the White House ENTIRELY because of his color, since he has done more TO the black population since his ascension to the throne than Jim Crow.

Polls Show ObamaCare Wave Building Against Senate Democrats

Recent polling shows that an election wave of anti-ObamaCare sentiment is growing, and it is not only likely to hand the GOP control of the United States Senate, but might wipe out as many as 12 Democrat seats--many of which looked safe just a few months ago.

Back in July, Five Thirty Eight's election guru Nate Silver believed that control of the Senate was a tossup. That has all changed now that voters got their first real look at the brutal consequences of ObamaCare.

Starting with the generic ballot that simply pits Republican lawmakers against their Democrat counterparts, the movement towards the GOP has been striking. In the Real Clear Politics average of these polls, going back as far as the beginning of the year, Democrats have consistently led by 3 to 4 points. During the government shutdown, Democrats leaped to 6 and 7 point leads. Since the disastrous rollout of ObamaCare, though, Republicans are not only in the lead by 2.5 points, they have led in every poll but one since November 10.

This generic polling is reflected in the available polling of individual Senate seats.

Keep in mind that in order to win control of the Senate, Republicans need only pick up 6 seats, and with Democrat incumbents retiring in the redder than red states of South Dakota, West Virginia, and Montana, Republicans pretty much have three Senate pick-ups in the bag. But thanks to ObamaCare and vulnerable Democrat Senators refusing to put their own promises and the well being of their constituents above slavish devotion to Obama, picking off another three should be fairly easy.

Looks like if you're a military dependent, you're on your own for dental care.

Just another sign that the moron-in-chief cares so much about not only the military, but their families.

Hohenfels is a training base in Germany. I went their several times in the 6 years plus I was stationed there with my unit for tactical training. The trainers (In this case, primarily the full-time "OPFOR," or "opposing force" utilized to provide the training unit with the "enemy") is the unit I was first assigned to in late 72: 1st Battalion 4th infantry Regiment... (We were a regular line unit back then, assigned to the 3rd Infantry Division) along with, no doubt, their support units and others.

I have to wonder: how does this work? How does a young mother on a tour to Hohenfels GET dental care for the kids while Dad's out rolling around in the mud, making life miserable for the units who go there to be trained up?

I believe that the US military should be held responsible for the entirety of medical care of both the Service Member AND their dependents.

And that includes dentistry for non-cosmetic purposes, simple AND complicated.
