Under federal employment law, they can't exclude/discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, age, disability, genetic information or gender.

They have to be an equal opportunity employer.

Limiting it to women only would be a civil rights violation.

If it were THAT simple, chances are they'd have already done it to put an end to this discussion.

That is the main reason the conference the WNBA held concerning male players resulted in nothing.

In short, the WNBA has no choice in this matter, their protests and "unnamed sources" notwithstanding.

Has the left become a death cult?

Leftists celebrated Charlie Kirk's assassination for weeks. Many of the more obviously sicker leftists are STILL celebrating the slaughter of Kirk to this DAY.

Message: it's perfectly OK to spill the blood of those who don't agree with US.

Many on the left have assigned their version of sainthood to Tyler Robinson, who's on trial for destroying Charlie Kirk's life because Kirk allegedly said things he (and the vast majority of the left) felt were "hateful."

This puts the majority of the left into an awkward position.

They cheerfully support the murder of a man based on what he has said which THEY view as hateful.

The awkwardness comes into play simply because the vast majority of today's left, not just in this country, but around the world, live on hatred themselves.

The left will attack, verbally and all too often physically, those who do not align with their view. And they will even either slaughter or make a serious effort to slaughter those they do not agree with or approve of.

Insurance executives, presidents, members of Congress, Supreme Court Justices... American citizens by illegal aliens... children...

All are on the left's approved target list.

We've seen that with the Kirk assassination. We've seen it with efforts to murder the president. We've seen it with efforts to murder Justice Kavanaugh. We've seen it with the mass shooting that nearly killed Rep. Steve Scalise. We've seen with leftist support of terrorists in politics; Congress... the Senate AND House... The election of political thugs as a result of the community short memory... (NYC comes to mind)

We've seen it with the slaughter of babies as the Clancy trials show and others have also done... Most recently this August in North Dakota where a mom (Kalley Erhart) murdered a 3-year-old and an 8-month-old, while her 1-year-old survived.

None of the fringe-left women supporting Clancy have demanded justice for her victims. Nope. The focus is all on poor, confessed perpetrator, admitted murderer Lindsay.

The left is increasingly pushing an envelope to justify their determined efforts to spill the blood of those opposed to their world view.

How much political violence do we need? Where and how is the line drawn? How do we put a stop to it?

The same can obviously be extended to islamic violence. Europe is the template. Flashes of that cult attempting to ignore or Constitution are already taking place.

We all know this. But what, and when, do we act?

Or do we simply stand here while the tarantula wasp (tarantula hawk) crawls all over us, looking for the place to sting and the site to plant the egg that will eventually eat us alive?

My concern isn't for me so much as it is for our children and our children's children.

Do we put an end to this insanity now, in its infancy? Or do we wake up one morning and realize, sadly, that it's too late?

Washington teacher greed strikes again: Seattle teachers vote to go on strike over "respectful pay' (top salary=$142,000) and smaller classes (Class size averages 14.46 per class)

As every sentient being in the State of Washington knows, the McCleary budget was merely a scam to overpay underworked teachers who, based on OSPI report card statistics, were already overpaid as it was.

Now, proving once again there is no end to teacher greed, Seattle teachers have just voted to go on strike.

The demand to be paid MORE (so-called "respectful pay") for doing LESS (the usual smaller class room size scam.)

It's illegal for teachers to strike in the State of Washington:

But since unions own the legislature and he courts like the 13th Amendment was never ratified, no striking teacher is held accountable for, effectively, pissing on the law of this state like an illegal alien crossing the border... something else leftists totally support.

Republican Senate passage of the McCleary budget scam caused property taxes to explode, but academic achievement has continued to fall year over year... which any blind idiot could tell would happen... just like THIS blind idiot (me) knew they would.

And as teachers in Seattle have just proven, there's no end to teacher greed even though the academic achievement they provide has been exceeded by, for example, Mississippi... at a paltry $6000 per student per year LESS.

Money isn't the issue. If it was, SPSD and most every school district would be punching out geniuses like movie tickets instead of functionally illiterate "graduates."

Well, I'd say the left is.... what was that phrase in '24 Harris's people used.... "nauseously optimistic?"

I believe the left could have done better if they had stuck with gradualism... but they seem to have got too greedy, too fast.

Instead of taking the tarantula wasp approach, they've lurched to the far left HARD. And the faces of the left have not done well for them.

The leftist fringe is thrilled. But militant progressivism is failing more than it's succeeding in places where it counts the most.

New York City has turned into a 24/7 punchline. Seattle has become a disaster. Portland as well. 

Washington's income tax scam isn't helping them.

Increasing unemployment as major businesses leave for greener (i.e. redder) pastures (Texas, Florida) combined with restrictions on landlords guarantees increased homelessness. Leftist failures to hold people accountable for criminal activity, leftist inability to address fentanyl or tranq use... open air drug use... defunding police (Portland just whacked $21 million from their police) is the sort of thing which does not equal great planks for a political platform.

Exhaustion from race-based crime, gangs, theft, drive-by shootings, shoplifting... leftist failures to address those types of issues...

Fringe-left candidates from Platner in Maine to a jihadi in Michigan, tens of billions in fraud on government programs, obstruction by leftist cities and states on getting rid of illegals, even those convicted of murder...reopening borders, more murder of Americans, rape of Americans, drive by shootings of Americans... these issues SHOULD keep the GOP in charge of both Houses.

In fact, Perez, our Congresswoman, is attacking the GOP candidate for trying to outlaw abortion, something he can't do in Congress any more than she can legalize it in Congress... a fake promise also made by the Pole Dancer, come to think of it.

And, I believe the abortion issue hasn't got much punch in Washington State, Any more than it had in Florida in 24.. where an abortion initiative failed with a 57% yes vote (needed 60% under Florida law) and Trump won Florida with 56.09% meaning the majority voted yes for abortion and then for Trump in large numbers.

Footage from now multi-story homeless camps in Cali for example... FOUR STORY homeless structures... the visuals of leftist government can be very effective if used properly.

Add trans issue involving children, terrible schools, forced urbanization, ramming the waste of light rail down our throats... Those KINDS of issues should tilt it right if handled properly.

It boils down to turnout. But then, the GOP has the themes I believe they need. The question remains, do they have the will to use those themes effectively?

The selection of Walz, which most sentient beings on the planet recognize was a total and complete disaster; over a politically strategic governor of a Blue Wall state, (Minnesota, Walz's state, was never a threat to go any color but blue) was reduced to one reason and one reason only: Shapiro is Jewish.

It's obvious that there's no selection the cardboard cutout of a democrat presidential candidate COULD have picked that would have saved the inexplicably moronic choice of the vacuous, clueless moron they ultimately installed after the undeniable truth of 4 years of lies concerning the mental state of Joe Biden forced their hand.

But instead of throwing cold water on democrat hatred to cool it off, they learned nothing from their bigoted insanity and continue their road to displacing the NSDAP (Nazi Party - Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei) as the most recent example of the ilk in modern day American politics.

WNBA basketball... which is worthless as a sport regardless, given that any big city high school boys team would destroy the WNBA Champs... was never worth watching and now has devolved into a racist, back supremacist soap opera... will now get the opportunity to put up, or shut up.

Men claiming to be women is a joke. No amount of mutilation/butchery/chemistry changes biology.

The WNBA has turned into a thug factory, where racist, bigoted black women believe because of the level of melanin in their skin, they're entitled to assault white women, and then express dismay at consequences; a not altogether foreign concept among younger blacks these days.

And leftist white women, including Caitlin "whites have privilege" Clark agree with black women as victims.

Now, at least two MEN, both former NBA players, have left the closet and are acknowledging their feminist side by demanding to be drafted by the WNBA in their upcoming draft, including Enes Kantor Freedom and Royce White.

Clark, for her part, has credited black women for building the WNBA, apparently both leaving out massive NBA subsidies that allow the league to exist as well as leaving out the part where those same women have built it into a debacle losing $40 to $50 million per year, most recently in 2024.

The woke WNBA (just another reason to ignore those clowns) has come out in full-throated support of fake women, but has with rare exception (Griner) not had to deal with the issue of men in their locker rooms.

Now they will have to.

Both Kantor and White are light years ahead of the best WNBA players in skills and abilities. And the WNBA has neatly painted itself into a corner where they MUST translate their support for the fake women's movement into action where now they MUST draft men posing as fake women.

White, for his part, has indicated he'll sue if he's not drafted. And if he and Kantor ARE drafted, then the end result will be an all trans basketball league where women will, once again, be hoisted on the petard of their own making.

A league with Kantor and White in it would be the harbinger of things to come and might finally, FINALLY drag the league into profitability instead of their continued existence being the punchline in a joke that's getting old.

I would dare the black supremacist women to attempt their thuggery on these two guys.

Today's episode of democrat hypocrisy: Senate democrats refuse to vote for Voter ID to vote WITHOUT requiring citizenship.

Every senate democrat voted to oppose a clean voter ID amendment, an amendment that would NOT have required proof of citizenship to vote.

Leftists have built a castle of lies for their excuses (none that reach the level of "reasons") over their opposition to the SAVE Act. The main reason, which some leftists have addressed, is they realize they can't win without the continued counting of illegal votes.

Many of those opposed have falsely claimed that requiring proof of citizenship is akin to that old democrat fav of "poll taxes." They claim that because there's no provisions for actually PAYING for people to get their own proof of citizenship the SAVE Act is "unconstitutional."

(My solution, stated repeatedly, is to require SAVE Act levels of ID for EVERYONE to receive ANY federal aid for ANYTHING.

Does anyone reading this realistically believe that even full on welfare recipients wouldn't find a way to make that happen?)

It isn't, of course; but then, to be a leftist requires a high degree of gullibility, self-delusion and ignorance.

The irony of members of the party that implemented poll taxes complaining about them now is difficult to overstate.

As always, we know why leftist pols oppose a proof of citizenship requirement to vote. Simply stated, as they have said, it will make it "impossible for democrats to win."

Which is correct, of course, but then, democrats don't CARE how they win, as long as they win... as they've proven once again.

The bill in question was to "invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to the consideration of S.5271, the Help America Vote Bill."

The motion required 60 votes... all democrats present voted "no."

Has Trump blown the call on Iran?

Some version of the regime that was in place remains in place.

The terrorism arm of that regime, the IRGC, not unlike Hitler's SS, remains in place.

The muslim terrorist minority remains in charge.

In time, they believe (rightly) that Trump will both be gone (ASAP if you're one of the leftists infesting this page) either by the completion of his term, natural causes or, the preferred method of the left, assassination.

At some point, a fringe-left moron ala Biden/Obama could be elected. When that happens, the terrorists now running Iran will go back to business as usual. As a result, they will either buy or build a nuclear weapon while WE write "strongly worded letters."

Americans have frequently proven we're possessed of the attention span of a gnat.

These people are taking the long view, as so many of our opponents do, having learned from the outcomes of Afghanistan where we wasted troops and billions, only to simply walk away and hand it back to those we, allegedly, set out to destroy. All they have to do is stall and make enough promises to placate America to remain in control, knowing sooner or later we'll cave.

Both politics and wars are outcome-based business. The outcome here, as the outcome in Afghanistan, accomplishes nothing without total regime change, (And yes, I know we HAD "regime change" in Afghanistan. But we also had Iran (and others) providing massive aid to the insurgents.) Had we done what we should have from the start, mainly stopped Iran (or anyone else) from providing aid to those insurgents, we may have had a different outcome.

This agreement appears to merely kick the can down the road while those in Iran who have wreaked so much murder and destruction, are not held accountable for their actions in any measurable way, beyond replacing those leaders killed in the bombings... replaced in large part by those just as militant in their hatred and sworn duty to provide "Death to America(tm)" as those they're replacing.

The still relatively-intact IRGC (because we allow them to exist) would not allow any others.to take power.

To illustrate these concerns, try super-imposing this exact, same, template over either nazi Germany or Imperial Japan in 1945.

To defeat our enemies in World War Two, we knew what we had to do. (The Potsdam Declaration comes to mind.)

Imagine for example, if we had stopped attacking the nazis in Germany in late 1944, say around the Battle of the Bulge days (mid December 1944), and left the nazis controlling Germany and their conquered lands in charge and just walked away... like we appear to be doing now. (And people should remember that the Germans were also busy trying to build atomic weapons.)

That these countries actively engaged in invasion and occupation of foreign countries as opposed to using surrogates to extend their political/religious control over other geographies in their region is the primary difference, but their aim is the same: complete control over that real estate in the region while combined with the destruction of countries Iran sees as obstructions to that dominance.

The MODE is the same. The only thing different is the means.

As a country, along with our allies, we refused to settle for anything less than total victory, and as a result, for the past 81 years or so, neither country has been able to engage in a war of conquest.

To suggest that believing the current agreement, as I understand it, will in any way deter Iran from either pursuing nuclear weapons OR engaging in terroristic hegemony is the height of foley.

There is only one way to achieve that goal: the complete eradication of the current political/military leadership of Iran and the elimination of the IRGC as any kind of effective force to carry out Iran's aims for regional dominance... Exactly like Germany and much of Japan.

Nothing short of that will do.

And this seems to be light years away from achieving that goal.

If one sees victory as merely a military exercise to inflict maximum damage on military targets to TEMPORARILY negatively impact those capabilities through the IRGC's destruction, then yes... it amounts to a victory by TEMPORARILY reducing those capabilities, ala Germany's war-fighting capability post Treaty of Versailles... because, for the most part, Germany remained unoccupied/unsupervised after World War One.

Had Germany been occupied post-World War One, there likely would not have BEEN a World War Two.

And World War Two was the result of that short-sighted insanity.

Failing to achieve absolute regime change... failing to hold those involved with terrorism, war crimes and reparations for the destruction Iran caused in the region guarantees a resurgence of similar efforts in the future... much like it would have been had we allowed World War Two to end without total occupation of the Axis Powers by effectively rewarding them with continuing dominance in Germany and Japan... Allowing those with similar views to continue both military and political dominance in Iran guarantees a resurgence of the same attitudes, visions and efforts to achieve the same impacts the pre-attack regime utilized.

In the long term, this effort appears to have solved/accomplished nothing.

As I've stated, if we know Iran will violate this "agreement," (and they will) then WTH is the point?

I supported Trump's efforts here. But I also see this as a miserable outcome compared to what we should have to show for this.

Many readers may recall my prior concerns over Putin playing Trump.

During the campaign, if memory serves, the claim was made that Trump would end the war in Ukraine.

Many on the right were more than happy with the idea that Putin should be rewarded for invading a neighboring country and came up with all kinds of excuses to justify their support for the invasion... none of them adequate to hand Vlad a free pass for engaging in the exact, same variety of activities we hung a few hundred nazis for after the war.

You know, the deliberate slaughter of civilians, rape, theft, acts of war, murdering POW's, etc.

The problem with Trump's Promise was the lack of realism involved. Much, I fear, as this peace deal with Iran evokes.

The United States was more than willing to sacrifice 1/4th to 1/3rd of Ukraine to check that particular box on the campaign promise list. Unfortunately, they failed to consult Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy before floating that particular balloon... which Zelenskyy rightfully popped.

History has repeatedly taught us that placating invaders NEVER ends well.

It merely feeds their appetite. One of the larger, most recent examples is that Hitler fellow.

Efforts were made to placate him, and he promised his territorial ambitions were satisfied by yet another example of the Ukrainian betrayal, i.e., forking over Czechoslovakia after German "absorbed" Austria.

The then Prime Minister of England, a rube by the name of Chamberlain, even waved around a piece of paper, indicating he was sure he had "achieved peace in our time."

Chamberlain was played like a violin, along with the rest of Europe, who failed to pay attention to what was actually going on in Germany with segments of the population that Hitler was not particularly enamored of. Had he done so, England's PM might have taken a different view, PARTICULARLY after Stalin, who had just finished slaughtering a large number of the Soviet military's leadership in what became known as "Stalin's Purge(s)"agreed to a nonaggression pact... which green-lighted Germany's invasion of Poland, as long as the German's gave the Soviets half the spoils.

How'd that work out for them?

Segue to today's Iran, responsible for the death and maiming of tens of thousands of American military personnel in Iraq and Afghanistan.

How are they responsible?

They provided the insurgency with a great deal of the wherewithal to accomplish that goal.

Now, the US under Bush knew that was happening. It's hard to ignore when the labels in the boxes said "Made in Iran" on them.

The problem?

We didn't do anything about it. 

And that was a failure on the part of the United States of catastrophic proportions. The government of Iran is operated by a substantial minority of the country, the terrorist variety of islamic militants who, in one form or another seem to be infiltrating the US now.

For several decades, their anthem has been "Death to America."

And they've been busy achieving that aim for years.

And, for our part, idiots running this government have responded by handing over pallets of American cash, which a grateful Iran used to INCREASE their spread of terrorism and destabilization, particularly in the Middle East; as well, as the ongoing expansion of their nuclear programs.

So, since Trump was inaugurated for his second term, various efforts have been made to at least end the expansion to fruition of Iran's nuclear ambitions.

To a greater or lesser extent, those efforts failed.

The ONLY way to end that effort with anything approaching permanence, is regime Change.

Those governing Iran over the past several decades, must be hunted down and removed. Their radical islamic military arm (aka, the IRGC) must be hunted down and obliterated, much like most of Germany's Schutzstaffel (aka the "SS") after the conclusion of World War Two.

Both Putin and the leadership of the Iranian Government/IRGC are precisely as guilty of Crimes Against Humanity as the German leadership that the Allied Powers strung up not long after the war in Europe concluded.

Both Russia and Iran must be held accountable for their criminal acts. Both Russia and Iran must pay reparations to those they destroyed.

Failing to do so would have made no sense at the end of World War Two.

Failing to do the same NOW makes even less sense in 2026.

Sadly, I have to agree with the leftists on this.

There is only one way to realistically end this: Regime change.

If this stands and the same scum who started this in Iran, slaughtering thousands of protesting Iranians in the process, remain in charge?

We will have spent thousands of their lives and billions of our dollars...

... for nothing.

And then what? When we find out, as we inevitably will, that they're pissing on this treaty... what then? When they continue their efforts to engage in worldwide terrorism, what then? When they hang a few thousand Iranians moronic enough to believe in us, again... what then?

If we were GOING to start this... we MUST finish it. And this scam finishes nothing.

Historically, once again, the "bad guys" did what they had to do to remain in power. They out-waited us. Vietnam. Afghanistan. Iraq.

That's the way it's been since the Korean War.

Iran is stalling. And the reality is?

The head of perhaps the largest fringe-left fund-raising scammers in America, ActBlue, REALLY "acted blue" by invoking her 5th Amendment rights against self-incrimination at a House hearing.

Odd that they'd be so concerned over the "convicted felon" in the White House while electing a convicted felon and RE-electing a convicted felon while funding a criminal enterprise designed to fund democrat campaigns.

Some of these things have been known for years. Particularly the multiple $2.50 donation scam.

Now, obviously, every democrat funded by ActBlue will now return the illegal monies they received from this (or any other) criminal enterprise. Right?

And they will now refuse to accept ANY ADDITIONAL money from this criminal enterprise in the future. Right?

Seattle's Curse: Katie Wilson. You wanted stupidly incompetent in your mayor. You got it.

I'm reasonably sure that not ALL mayors named Wilson are as cluelessly inept as the two local versions infesting the PNW now, Katie and Keith Wilson, although THEIR clueless stupidity will remain the stuff of legends for decades to come.

Besides having a last name in common (I have, to date, not heard of any kind of familial connection) they have the same fringe-left insanity of each other in common as they seem to be in competition to find out how quickly they can both run their respective cities into a meat-grinder garbage pile.

While Portland's mayor, Keith Wilson, fiddles while downtown Portland "burns," there's  no half measures with his counterpart in Seattle.

Katie Wilson, who had zero electoral, political or business experience of any kind (think "community organizer") (including continuing to be on an allowance from her parents while living in their basement during her campaign) has taken her own personal wrecking ball to the city of my birth, the city I once loved but would now refuse to even drive through unarmed.

Seattle is among the leaders in every one of the worst categories a city can find itself. Baltimore, for example, perhaps one of the worst cities on the North American continent, now finds itself in competition from the Seattle Shithole which once was, literally, one of the best cities in the United States. 

While many of the fringe-left ilk seem to have a problem with the concept of a nonexistent King, they have and take zero issue with a fringe-left, uncaring, non-responsive moron as a queen.

Most examples are already well-known as Seattle joins New York, LA, and Portland as the worst-ran cities in the industrialized world due to the untethered stupidity and incompetence of their leadership.

A few weeks ago, even KOMO-TV (PLEASE review Eric Johnson of KOMO TV's local politics masterpiece, "Seattle Is Dying", and understand that as bad as THAT portrayal was, it's geometrically worse now under the tender ministrations of Katie the Klueless nimrod.) had enough.

They point out some of the latest fringe-left buffoonery of Katie Klueless; a mayor so inept, so politically castrated by her Marxist dogma that she makes Karen Bass, among the prototypes of political stupidity, communism (What other mayor in this country has undergone terrorist training in a communist country?) ineptitude and idiocy look like a modern day de Tocqueville in comparison.

You'd think those of the militant communist ilk would eagerly confront the media and anyone else questioning their policies and speeches to strengthen their message.

NOT our resident communist coward.

When confronted/asked about her successful efforts to turn Seattle in to the national laughing stock, her worker bees cut off access on the spot if the organs of the media do not stay on whatever subject they've programmed that fringe-left automaton to have at least some knowledge of responding to.

That level of cowardice and stall control by her "yes" people is admirable, in a way. but it does nothing to explain anything while simultaneously putting her playground antics on display. In many respects, it's like watching a Joe Biden replay.

Memorial Day thoughts. Try and remember what it's for.

Memorial Day will soon be upon us. I wrote this for my blog initially back in 2018. But it still holds true today. _______________________

(Memorial Day - 2018)

I’ve arrived this day… this Memorial Day… to the stunning beauty… and proof of the stunning sacrifice, to the Gardens of Stone at Willamette National Cemetery, the placards of metal or their headstones attesting to the service of them all.

Flag upon flag… row upon row… the colors… green of the grass… white of the stones… bronze of the placards… red… white… and blue of the thousands upon thousands of small flags that can’t even begin to scratch the surface of repayment for that unpayable debt that we owe so many..

The wind blows, the clouds have moved away. The smells of newly cut grass, the sounds of a fountain… sprinklers share their water needed by the lawns covering those who gave their all.

The sun beats down on the faces of those who come to remember… to grieve… to think back… to recollect.

Children’s adventures, skinned knees… first day in school… that touchdown, that cheer, that first love, that graduation… their wives, their husbands, their children and loved ones of all description think back on what might have been… and could have been had they made it through…

And those lives… oh those many lives… snuffed out far, far too soon… in service of and to their country.

This is not and never will be a Day that should be devoted to store sales. Their blood demands better.

They’re missed, at least by some. I miss them all, but in the sense that each one of us who served and died in defense of this nation did so with an unbearable light of being that terrifies the darkness… the bright, shining essence of the blood shed by the young and the old who answered our Nation’s Call.

The sacrifice cannot be measured. But when I come here, I make the effort to try.

I ponder this as I speak to my brother who joined those here years ago. I look around… sometimes, a tear forms and falls unhindered to the hallowed ground where they rest.

The answers do not come. And again, the only certainly…

Is the deafening silence.

The people making the most money off  the insanity of fake women polluting women's sports have put out a new informercial.

You can continue to have men in your locker rooms. Men on your teams. Men invading your spaces and taking your awards for YEARS to come.

OR... you can stop it RIGHT, FRICKING, NOW.

This is not what is "right". If it was about what is "right," you'd never have had to face this insanity in the first place.

The question now is how do you deal with TODAY'S REALITY?

Wishing, hoping, praying, waiting for a system that acts like you're pushing a string AIN'T GONNA CUT IT.

You do you. But don't try and play victim of a system YOU ALLOW TO EXIST.

ONLY WOMEN control who is involved in women's sports.

No one else. And I'm done supporting a profit-based cause whining about women's sports when women could end it all in one day.

BUT NOTHING ELSE WILL GET IT DONE.

ALL women/girls have to do is simply refuse to play with or against fake women. Forfeit. Walkaway

And instead of whining about men not doing what you want them to do, you never advocate for what women have the power to do NOW as WOMEN control this entire issue.

Why?

Not because you want to see this succeed.

But because if it DID succeed, it would destroy your T-Shirt/Hat swag sales.

In fact, I'm getting sick of your incessant whining because you fail to focus on the one indisputable fact you have ignored:

WOMEN control this issue. No one else.

ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE"S MONEY TO BE MADE OFF THE SWAG.

And buying your stuff hasn't/won't change anything.

I have ALWAYS been opposed to males invading female sports.

But I've also watched people take advantage of this situation... not to change any of it.  But to make bank off of it.

XX-XY Athletics is one such company.

And as a result, it's not in THEIR best financial interests to accomplish the stated goal of allowing ONLY biological women to engage in women's sports and spaces.

There's HUGE money to be made. And this company is making it with their swag

XX-XY Athletics has seen revenue growth in 38 countries. (There does not appear to be any company valuation or revenue figures available. And I get why that is.)

Their stated goal is:

At XX-XY Athletics our mission is to empower female athletes and take a stand for fair competition.

But that tends to beg the issue.

What happens to the company if their goal is ever achieved?

 Is it in the company's best interests to keep things as they are?

Or is it to achieve their stated goal?

With "fairness" actually achieved, why would anyone buy their branded products?

They wouldn't.

As I stated above:

ONLY WOMEN control who is involved in women's sports.

And this company does not, in any way, believe in "Action." They do little to nothing to actually ACHIEVE their stated goal.

And while the reason(s) are obvious, it's clear that their main motive isn't their stated goal of female athletic empowerment.

It is, instead, profit.

Profiting off the pain of women who encounter the sickness of fake females invading their lives while most authority doesn't care or actually supports that invasion.

There's money to be made in pain, ladies and gentlemen. 

So, let's skip the actual, only realistically available cure of surgically ending this charade and keep the pain going.

THAT should become their mission statement, because THAT is what they're doing.
