GOP Debates Redux: do you get it?

In their ongoing effort to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, the GOP at the national level insists on a level of stupidity about the debates that is, well, simply unfathomable.

First, let me reiterate: I do not and will not watch these debates.  They are a massive waste of time, effort and energy.  So, I do other, more important stuff: yesterday, for example, was the Christmas Party for  season ticket holders for the Hillsboro Hops.

Second, here's a headline from the Washington Times that sums it up neatly:
And that brings me to the point of all of this:  The GOP allowing neo-communist news organisations and actual communist news figures (Wolf Blitzer?  Really?) to have X number of hours to hack away at them... followed by avowed communists (Van Jones, Obama's fellow communists that was finally hounded out of his administration, having no business getting either a job or even a security clearance, for that matter) doing "analysis" of the circus they'd just put on Makes zero sense.

But what should we expect?

I have zero idea what the GOP was thinking with this idiocy; but those asking the questions should never be the story line.

That should be the job of those answering the questions.

The idea of allowing these clowns to hold GOP debates is right up there with the democrats having the John Birch society hold their debates.

For these leftists, the entire point of the process is to demean, belittle, and generally cast the GOP candidates in the worst possible light.

It was never about positions.  In their thought process, it was always about tying cats together by their tails and them hanging them over a clothesline so they could gut each other.

When you know what the outcomes are going to be and that what you think of the outcomes will make zero difference, then file these debates under "waste of time."
