Failed democrat 18th District State Senator Candidate Dave Seabrook shows why he lost.

Although he deliberately failed to mention that he lost to Joe Zarelli back in 2004, he has perfectly illustrated the lack of integrity and fringe-left ardor that caused his defeat.

Seabrook was a fire captain who lost that job if memory serves, because h failed to keep his certifications up to date.  He eventually was recredited and apparently went on to retire as a battalion chief.

Democrats, taking care of their own like the mafia, unfortunately put him on the PDC where, fortunately, he now is a FORMER PDC commissioner.

Here's the bizarre letter Seabrook had published in the daily democrat:
Letter: Follow the Tesoro money

Published: January 24, 2015, 6:00 AM

As a former commissioner for the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission, I learned about the corrosive influence of money in our political process. Tesoro wants to build the largest oil transfer facility in the country in Vancouver and they're trying to grease the skids with political spending.

According to a recent report from the Sightline Institute, Tesoro has spent more than $500,000 in our state over the last two election cycles on candidates, PACs, lobbying and ballot measures. In addition they are sending out fact-challenged mailers and airing advertisements.

The public should pay close attention to who among Clark County's Olympia delegation is taking Tesoro money. Visit www.pdc.wa.gov to search the database. We need our legislators to prioritize support for crude-oil safety laws that protect our communities, specifically HB 1449 and SB 5087, over profits for Texas-based Tesoro.

Dave Seabrook

BATTLE GROUND
Seabrook, who accepted in excess of $70,000 from unions directly or laundered through democrat organizations indirectly who helped finance his loss to Zarelli certainly DOES know "the corrosive influence of money in our political process."

Just not the way he's letting on.

As regular readers know, because of Maureen "Bully" Loserham's hypocrisy which matches that of Seabrook, I already did this research and discovered the following:

Eric Pettigrew.

Judy Clibborn

Jeff Morris

Gael Tarleton

Pat Sullivan

Larry Springer

Christopher Hurst

Brian Blake

Ross Hunter

Dean Takko

Steve Kirby

Are all democrats who took money from Tesoro.  Some took money from Chevron and BP.
Loserham, of course, had nothing to say about THESE recipients of Tesoro funds.  And, of course, Seabrook had nothing to say about the corrosive influence of union money, or of fringe-left whack job billionaire Tom Steyer's money for the democrats...

And that goes to the heart of the matter of leftist hypocrisy.

Like I repeatedly told Loserham: you got a problem with money from Tesoro?

Then you have to hold EVERYONE accountable from BOTH sides.

Otherwise, it's just political prostitution.  And as both Seabrook and Loserham have shown...
