I've been struck by Paul Harris's complete lack of support of Lynda Wilson. I've mentioned it as a reason I would not vote for him, because I believe that Harris thinks in the event of Don Benton's resignation, lacking a GOP seat mate would give him a clear shot at getting the appointment to Benton's senate seat.
Harris's non-support, to me, at least, shows a nefarious motive in his efforts to keep Monica Stonier in office. That is, Harris wants Stonier only because keeping Stonier in helps Harris to the Senate.
He has, for example, failed to give Lynda Wilson a dime... directly or indirectly, as near as I can tell. In fact, he gave Brandon Vick $100 on May 19th, the local GOP $170 on April 8...
And the King County GOP FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ON OCTOBER THIRD.
I hope he can help me with that.
Lynda Wilson is in a total fistfight for the other seat in HIS district... he doesn't give her a penny... and he gives $5000 to a Republican on Republican battle over 100 miles from here, specifically on behalf of Cathy Dahlquist in her effort to unseat Sen. Pam Roach and then flip to the democrats.
I say "flip to the democrats" in the Senate because the dems are all in on this, including Dahlquist's seat mate, Rep. Christopher Hurst, democrat, who has laundered tens of thousands of dollars into her campaign for the Senate.
Now, let me remind you of the following: Hurst is a democrat. Dahlquist is a Republican.
Why would a democrat want "another Republican" in the Senate when the democrats are so desperate to take control of the Senate back?
And more importantly, what possessed Paul Harris to send $5000 to the King County GOP to help with that effort while he has failed to give Lynda Wilson a penny or campaign for her in any way?
Inquiring minds want to know.
