We're all aware of what went on when the five CTran board members sold out Clark County. Sen Don Benton's bill, SB6125, would serve to kill that idiocy.
Nimrod Cleveland, naturally, got up and whined about it... but it passed anyway.
Well done. Cleveland's lies notwithstanding, (and she lied her ass off on the floor of the Senate) the bill passed. Now the question is this: is there any way this thing can pass in the House?
