But for this blithering idiot to concern himself not about the outcome of the vote on fireworks... but where the precincts voting for and against that idea were located?
Insanity.
Well, here's my take: that the commissioners, the CRC Pimps keep telling us, can't impact the CRC Ripoff, besides being an outright lie, is an insult to the now clearly expressed will of the people of this county.
As of right now, for example, of Clark County's 228 precincts, a grand total of 5... all located in the Vancouver Soviet, actually support the stupidity of loot rail.
Stuart, of course, HAS had a "direct impact" on the CRC Scam, by unconstitutionally throwing this county under the TriMet bus with his ceding of the authority to engage in eminent domain to an out of state, bankrupt, unelected board known as TriMet.
We understand why he did that now, since he doesn't give a shit what the 400-odd thousand people of this county think, want or believe... no, in his bizarro world, it's all about Steve.
He's not a "Clark County Commissioner."
He's a "Steve" Commissioner.
Apparently he missed the "all politics is local" memo.
