In what's not even a thinly veiled democrat effort to regain control of the county commission, Greg Kimsey has come out as their higher profile useful tool to make that happen.
Where's the local GOP on that?
They rightfully had no problem trashing democrat Commissioner Marc Boldt for acting as Steve Stuart's sock puppet.
So, what's the hold up on Kimsey?
What's the difference between the two efforts?
Both Kimsey and Boldt are almost 100% politically aligned with Steve "Not for Long" Stuart.
Even the old school local GOP leadership had no problem acting against Boldt after months (Years?) of warning him.
The democrats have done everything but pull a gun on democrat Senator Rodney Tom: They've official expelled him (for all the good it does them) and have even likely hung him in effigy. The crap the democratian spewed about their "big tent" was pure, leftist, eyewash.
Here's the thing: sitting quietly by and doing nothing (The Jaime Herrera Approach) sends the wrong message: in fact, it provides a seal of approval.
Is the local GOP organization hanging Commissioners Madore and Mielke out to dry?
Smacking Kimsey with sanctions might send the message they're not. Otherwise....
