Redirecting the faceshot: the winner of THE most expensive cost for a local campaign is?

Tim Probst.

Yeah, I know, the rag slapped Commissioner-elect David Madore for his per-vote campaign cost:
David Madore won the other commissioner race, but still came in third in votes received with 84,244. Madore was first in campaign spending with $294,126.39 spent, costing $3.49 per vote.
Probst, his lies, the democrat's lies and the rag's cover-ups on the quarter-million dollar scam notwithstanding, he directly spent at least $306,000 and was the recipient of $340,000 in PAC support... $646,000 for 27,456 votes...

Or roughly $23.59.  Per vote.

Given Probst's stealth liberalism and his support of a leadership bent on jacking our taxes and fees so they can pay off their buddies, his apparent loss is a good thing.

Benton ran an expensive campaign as well, to be sure.  But Probst's apparent loss shows this as, perhaps, the most expensive exercise in futility since the colossal waste of $150 million on the bogus CRC planning.

Compared to Madore's per-voter cost, we're talking cab fare here.
