Fringe left democrats don't care if the law was broken to get them what they want.
Jim Moeller : Re-Elect Jim for Washington's 49th Legislative District :
Pardon my expression but "That's water under the bridge". The facts remain and the process has yeilded thousands of recorded public comments through hundreds of public meetings, a unnanimously adopted Locally Preferred Alternative from 6 different public agencys, an EIS and Federal Record of Decision. Ms. Couch believes it could have been done better and she is clearly correct. Note to future public officials when they are considering the replacement of the 100 year old CRC built for "cars and light-rail" - COULD HAVE BEEN DONE BETTER. Build the bridge.
In this case, the CRC scam has been breaking the law for YEARS. Moeller and his ilk support that, just like they support Marc Boldt's decision to oppose a county wide vote on this rip off.
Yeah, when it's illegal, we can't let that stand in the way of the big project these people want to ram down our throats. After all, the theft of billions is at stake.
