This has to hurt: the democrat who gave Obama's seconding speech at the DNC Convention switches parties and becomes a Republican.
I hate it when elected officials change parties AFTER they're elected but anybody else is free to choose what they are every election cycle.
Liberals are in a tough spot right now: Democrats are increasingly Marxist/Progressive/Populist, and Republicans are being taken over by Tea Party who hate RINOs. Talk about extreme ends of the spectrum!
