Generally, there are few lower life forms than public employee unions; and in that, teacher's unions typically led the pack.
The news is reporting that teachers in 3 communities in the train wreck that is around Portland are going on strike... in part, because, apparently, and rather stupidly, I might add, it's legal for teachers to go on strike in the wrecking yard that is Oregon.
Their whining, sniveling complaints?
Work too hard. Overworked. Pay has been cut. Yadda, yadda, yadda.
Teachers and public employee unions, listen up: when that idiot you all supported for president came out and babbled about "shared sacrifice," what the hell did you THINK he was talking about?
Here's a simple solution:
1. Feel free to stop lying: it IS "about the money." With teachers, it's ALWAYS about the money.
2. If you don't like the pay, conditions, requirements or benefits... feel free to quit.
You won't be missed... and younger, cheaper teachers, thankful to have ANY job, will come along to take your place.
