So, the rag complains about school buses. Will they ever write about the horrific impact of tolls on the local community?

.
Big article on trying to hose parents into paying fares for school buses in the rag today. Waste of ink, of course, but then, that description could apply to most articles the democratian prints.

Why did they waste our time with his article? Who knows? But they are not ever going to charge parents for school buses... so why even discuss it?

Which brings us to the third rail of CRC politics and why the rag hasn't done anything about or with it: the horrific impacts on our local economy if their dream money sewer of a $10 billion or more waste of a loot rail project that has, coincidentally, a bridge attached.

Who knows, among the bridger/looters, what these massive, generational impacts are going to be?

Who has the guts to address this issue?

Or is it that they know... but won't say... what common sense tells us: that the impacts of vaporizing $100,000,000 plus per year of disposable income will devastate the small businesses that depend on that income.

So yeah, the bus article was a waste of time, effort and money, designed to stir people up... the equivalent of a head fake.

If the rag really wanted to serve this community, they'd have studies done and then publish them on the economic desolation that will result if their dream is ever realized.

But then, they certainly don't want to tell us these things, because, as the rag knows:

An ignorant electorate is a happy electorate.
