All is not happy and kumbiyah in demo land. The Washington State Legislature will be going into special session... missing their projected Sine Die.
I'd heard rumblings that the mishandling of the teacher's pay cut had blown up in Ed Murray's face, but this is a sure sign that the democrat caucuses have done a high speed come apart over the issues and the WEA is bench pressing these guys like Schwarzenegger.
Kinda strange, though. The completely non-transparent democrats, who still haven't addressed Jim Jacks sudden departure over misconduct reasons, run everything up there.
But they can't even agree on a budget?
How pathetic is that?
