Post debate trouble for Rossi? Intrade thinks so.

.
Yesterday, Rossi and Murray went at it. Unlike Nevada, where Sharon Angle bitch-slapped Harry Reid senseless (and likely cemented her election) Rossi apparently wasn't able to tip the cow.

Intrade is the stock market of "things." Anyone can log on and buy stock in outcomes... using real money... and some have become rather well off from Intrade.

As predictors, they're hard to beat. But Intrade also only represents a snapshot in time...But right now, Intrade's snapshot shows Rossi losing... and Angle winning.

Wouldn't that be something? Rossi, the smooth, suave, sophisticated candidate losing to Murray, the Washington State Taxpayer Cash Cow while Angle, the bull in the china cabinet, smacks down the slimeball that is Reid?

Well, since the debates yesterday, Angle's stock has gone up 6

Some reading may blow off Intrade. But Intrade accurately predicted the Scott Brown Massachusetts Miracle, The GOP takeover of the Virginia Governor's mansion and Chris Christy taking New Jersey.

Murray represents a fat political target. She is so corrupt and so dismissive of our budgetary concerns that my Cocker Spaniel should be able to take her out. Rossi's struggles against THIS witch are hard to understand. He SHOULD have closed the deal by now, and instead, he appears to be losing.

Things are not looking good in Rossiville. He'd better tun it around now that ballots have dropped (Good job by both candidates on the mailers, BTW) and do it now... or else.

I watched the debate last night and can understand why Rossi lost ground. He was flat, lack luster and showed no personality. There was no passion in anything he said and it was like he couldn't think of anything to say other than his talking points. I understand that politicians have to stay on point, on their topic but this was darn near robotic. Murray may not have many things to talk about but she had personality and she managed to get across that "incumbent" quality which Rossi just didn't have. It's too bad that Rossi doesn't have the ability to express some personality. He comes across like a cardboard cut out...just expressing the same tired old lines over and over and over. How can you vote for somebody who doesn't show you who they are? Perhaps that has been his problem all along.
