Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed how moronic the new Comcast commercials are?

.
Having these cartoon-like characters coming out and doing a Gregorian chant/monotone thing about how great Comcast is makes me fully understand why Elvis shot his television.

It is the media equivalent of fingernails on the blackboard. Hate doesn't adequately describe it.

Please... for the love of God... stop it. It's different, but different isn't always better... and "sucks" doesn't adequately describe it.

They are drawing from an aesthetic established by the movie "Juno," especially the soundtrack. Indirectly, a singer named Kimya Dawson, who is in a band called The Moldy Peaches, can be blamed for the commercials.
