In this election, democrats have two races that prove their hypocrisy beyond their normal, blinders-infused variety.

The first, in the Virginia Attorney General race, the democrat is Jay Jones. Jones, for his part, shows the hatred leftists have increasingly become known for:

“In October 2025, Jones came under fire for a 2022 text conversation with fellow delegate Carrie Coyner, in which Jones repeatedly made statements advocating violence against then–House Speaker Todd Gilbert and his family. Jones stated that if he had two bullets and could shoot Gilbert, Adolf Hitler or Pol Pot, Gilbert "gets two bullets to the head".^[24][25] Jones acknowledged that he had talked about hoping Gilbert's children would die because "Only when people feel pain personally do they move on policy", before describing Gilbert and his wife as "evil" and "breeding little fascists".^{[26][27][28]”} 

Jones wants to be the top lawyer and second to the top law enforcement officer for Virginia. Yet this man and his obvious psychopathic tendencies remains the democrat candidate in this election.

NO other democrat has demanded he withdraw from this election and that he get the psychiatric help he obviously needs as a danger to others and he continues to run today.

Then, of course, there’s self-professed communist Graham Platner, running for the US Senate in Maine.

Both a liar and a thug, this beaut claims that he was unaware that when he picked up a tattoo of the SS Death’s Head (Totenkopf) back in his Marine days, he had NO IDEA it was the symbol of the German World War Two Schutzstaffel, legendary for their slaughter of Jews, Poles, Gypsies, the mentally ill, the physically deformed and so forth.

Yes, he’s a liar. He not only knew what it meant; he also knows that white supremacist skinheads wear the same symbol and there is NO DOUBT he heard about it over the last 20 years but choose to do nothing about it.

Until now, of course. Because what else could he possibly say or do? That he thought it was "cool?" That he knew and did it anyway? There was/is only one out, the "I was ignorant" route combined with "what? I had NO IDEA" route... combined with an apology that has all the sincerity of a war  criminal on trial in Nuremberg.

In October 2025, various news outlets reported on past Reddit posts by Platner between 2013 and 2021 in which he called himself a "communist", declared that "all" cops are "bastards", and agreed with a post describing white people as "racist and stupid".^[37] In a 2013 Reddit discussion about anti-rape underwear, Platner commented that people worried about assault should "take some responsibility for themselves and not get so fucked up they wind up having sex with someone they don't mean to".^[38] He also referenced political violence in multiple posts; in 2018, he wrote: "Fight until you get tired of fighting with words and then fight with signs, and fists, and guns if need be." Platner also said that "an armed working class is a requirement for economic justice" and urged readers to "Get Armed, Get Organized. The Other Side Sure As Hell Is."^[37][39] He said many of the comments do not represent his current political beliefs, and claimed they were the product of disillusionment following his military discharge and struggles with PTSD.^[40][41] Susan Collins condemned Platner's internet history, calling it "terrible" and "offensive".^[42] Democratic National Committee Chair Ken Martin said that while he did not approve of Platner's comments, he did not consider them "disqualifying".^[43] Following these comments, Platner's political director, former Democratic state representative Genevieve McDonald, resigned from his campaign.^[44]

Later that same month, Platner said in an interview with Pod Save America that he has a skull-and-bones tattoo resembling the Totenkopf, a symbol worn by Hitler's Schutzstaffel. He explained that he and some other Marines got the tattoo while on leave in Croatia in 2007, not knowing its symbolism.^[45] He said he only learned that his tattoo resembled the Totenkopf when reporters and political operatives from DC contacted him during his campaign, and said that he had gotten the tattoo covered up.^[46][47] However, an anonymous former acquaintance allegedly told Jewish Insider that Platner had called the tattoo a Totenkopf and knew what it represented back in 2012.^[48]

But democrats don’t care about this sort of thing when it’s one of THEIRS doing it... And now even Bernie Sanders is out there making up reasons why it’s perfectly OK that this Nazi-masquerading-now-as-a-communist (as if that’s any better?) should still be elected.

There is no possible way this scumbag did not know what that symbol meant before he had it permanently etched to his body.

And now, of course, he and his fellow apologists attempt to explain it all away while he’s on his apology tour because let’s at least TRY and be honest here: what else CAN  he do?

And where’s the leftist upset about this guy’s obvious sympathies? None. It doesn’t exist.

Why? Because the left is fine with it.

They’ve recently shown their hatred of Jews, terrorizing college campuses around the country in support of their fellow hamas terrorists, frequently assaulting and intimidating Jewish students.

Hamas. You know, the terrorists slaughtering their own, fellow Palestinians in the streets since the advent of the so-called “ceasefire” (That will never last as long as hamas and their supporters continue to exist) on video?

The left’s response?

Cricket chirps.

Just like it’s been for all the rioting, looting and violence for the past several years. It’s either complete silence or, at minimum, tacit support by the leftist leadership.

Practicing the art of “bright, shiny object politics,” leftists want us to look past these massive red flags, believing that their politicly motivated apologies are enough and if their chosen candidates are “really, REALLY sorry”, it should do the trick.

Yeah. Like it did the trick back during the blackface lynch mobs for anyone to the right of Mao not too long ago.

Unless the perpetrator was a leftist (Jimmy Kimmel, Joy Behar, Justin Trudeau, Sarah Silverman, Ted Danson, Fed Armisen, Jimmy Fallon, then VA Governor Ralph Northam, then VA AG Mark Herring and others) in which case, a standard “mea culpa, maxima mea culpa” apology soothes the hypocrites of the left.

But this illustrates with a level of hypocrisy difficult to articulate in its entirety the current state of the political left in this country.

Multiple assassination attempts? Monumental hatred of President Trump? Demands for his death and that of others in the Administration? The slaughter of Charlie Kirk? Burning Teslas and Tesla dealerships? Attacking federal agents enforcing the laws of this country? Paying protestors who don’t even know why they’re there? Killing illegal aliens?

The response to those incidents and others are mostly cricket chirps.

No condemnation of violence as a tool of the left. In fact, democrat stars like Jasmine Crockett have called for more of the same.

With impunity. Like Jones.

This is the type of candidates and elected the left lionizes.

John Fetterman is the ONLY elected official on the left I’ve seen that is making the attempt to get through to those who support violent leftist actions. And the more he calls the left out, the more hated and despised he has become in the left’s orbit.

And if these people were Republicans?

What would the left be saying/doing about that? Rioting? Showcasing “social justice” by cleaning out Louis Vuitton stores? Tear down a few more statutes? Burn a few more buildings? Kill a few more police?

What they WOULDN’T do… is make excuses for them. Nor should they.

But to be a leftist REQUIRES hypocrisy. A genetic inability to apply the EXACT, SAME, STANDARD to themselves they apply to everyone else. And it shows.

Our major cities are under siege. Millions of illegals are in our country. Americans are dying as a result.

Leftist enclaves like Portland and Baltimore are disaster zones and the left not only supports those outcomes, they encourage them. The more money wasted on the homeless, the more homeless we have... With no end in sight.

And through it all, the left remains steadfast in their support of violence, thugs and blood in our street, demanding we ignore what we see and know to be true.

Portland city government, for example, actively supports antifa. That’s just another sign of how low the shithole of the Rose City has sunk.

Like the shitholes of Portland and Seattle, the people who vote in these incompetents will have the governments they deserve. It's difficult to feel any sympathy towards an electorate bound and determined to self-immolate over clowns who are delusional incompetents, who insist that all issues confronting them can be solved by more and greater taxes, and that those damaging society the most are simply misunderstood as the so-0called leaders are determined to protect the criminals and illegals far mor than they're concerned about protecting the citizens who represent their pool of victims.

We will stand by and watch the NYPD be decimated, crime will explode, and Mayor Terrorist will do his best to destroy the major metropolis of the East Coast; all the while delusionally lying to our faces about how great things allegedly are as they deflect blame and responsibility for the horrific outcomes they have wrought.

Not unlike the political insanity of Portland... except, of course, on a much larger scale.

Washington State is little different. Leftists caused our taxes to explode last legislative session and because of their reckless spending, we can expect yet another massive increase during our upcoming legislative socialist coffee-klatch as inflationary, out-of-control spending continues. We are already crowding a billion-dollar deficit with among the highest gas prices in the country filling the democrat slush fund as 55 cents per gallon at the pump flows into non-transportation related uses for whatever the legislative left feels like using it for.

Here's a clue, Sideshow: we cannot tax ourselves into prosperity. It's an old saw, to be sure. But it's also true.

Meanwhile, the taxpaying people of this state.... and soon, New York City, which already has astronomical taxes... suffer as they're increased at a rate those of us on fixed incomes can't even begin to imagine.

Expect more New Yorkers to abandon their shithole of a city while more and more people leave the fringe-left garden spot of Washington.

Why I don’t believe the hamas agreement will work.

A few months back, Trump was pushing Putin on a peace deal that would have permanently partitioned Ukraine into two separate entities, one in the Western sphere of influence, and the other permanently into the Russian camp. (The three western districts of Ukraine now occupied by the Russians, along with the Crimea that Obama gave them) the nexus of a minerals-for-peace deal. Not unlike the Czechoslovakian partition. Not unlike the partition of Poland post German invasion. (Few are aware that the Soviets were, effectively, bought by the Germans by giving them about half of Poland to occupy.)

I knew then, and repeatedly stated, that Trump was getting played.

Was he?  How much of that agreement is now in force?

None.

Much like this so-called deal with hamas terrorists, LLC.

Even the left seems giddy at the prospect of ending the war those they so whole-heartedly support actually started some 2 years ago, killing 1200, maiming 3400 and kidnapping 250 or so. In one day.

Rape and murder were the order of the day, and Gazans celebrated much like Germans did when they invaded Poland some 11 months after then Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain told the world he had achieved “peace in our time.”

Everyone seems focused on what we know of the “agreement.”

Some things are obvious:

1. Hamas exists to eradicate Israel. It’s a part of their charter as an organization.

2. Israel essentially gave up the Gaza strip, taken from Egypt in the 6 Day War of 1967. In 2005 in return for “peace.” Agreements were signed at that time that led Israel to engage in the forced removal of 10,000 Israeli settlers from the region.

3.  Since the so-called “land for peace” deal went through, the allegedly “peaceful” area of gaza has been the source of over 18,000 rocket and mortar attacks against Israel. Estimates are the 12% of these attacks resulted in misfires where the rockets actually landed on their fellow gazans, resulting in between 100 to 300 Gazan casualties.

“Since 2005, when Israel withdrew from Gaza, Hamas and other Gaza-based terrorist organizations have fired more than 18,000 rockets and mortars at Israel. These rockets have a variety of ranges, but overall, many can now hit a majority of Israel’s central and southern population centers, including Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Ashkelon, Ashdod, Beersheba, and Rehovot. Hamas’ launches have been erratic, however. There have been as few as one rocket fired at a time, to up to thousands launched within hours or even days. 

4. On October 7, 2023, the worst massacre against Jews since World War Two took place from these same gazans.  Gazans and others in the Muslim world celebrated for days at spilling the blood of and frequently raping Israeli civilians, including children.

“The attacks began with a barrage of at least 4,300 rockets launched into Israel^[31][32][33] and vehicle-transported and powered paraglider incursions into Israel.^[34][35] Hamas militants breached the Gaza–Israel barrier, attacking military bases and massacring civilians in 21 communities, including Be'eri, Kfar Aza, Nir Oz, Netiv Haasara, and Alumim. According to an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) report that revised the estimate on the number of attackers, 6,000 Gazans breached the border in 119 locations into Israel, including 3,800 from the elite Nukhba forces and 2,200 civilians and other militants.^[36][31][32] Additionally, the IDF report estimated 1,000 Gazans fired rockets from the Gaza Strip, bringing the total number of participants on Hamas's side to 7,000.^[36][31][32]

In total, 1,195 people were killed by the attacks:^[24][h] 736 Israeli civilians (including 38 children),^[41][42] 79 foreign nationals, and 379 members of the security forces.^[43][i][44] While attending the Nova music festival, 364 civilians were killed and many more wounded.^[45][46] At least 14 Israeli civilians were killed by the IDF's use of the Hannibal Directive.^[47][48] About 250 Israeli civilians and soldiers were taken as hostages to the Gaza Strip.^{[33][49][50][51]} Dozens of cases of rape and sexual assault reportedly occurred, but Hamas officials denied the involvement of their fighters.

Israel, rightfully, and finally, reoccupied the gaza strip, to seek out and destroy those involved in the planning and execution of the October 7 massacre.

It's clear they should have reoccupied the area the moment terrorists began implementing the 1988 hamas charter by firing missiles and mortars into Israel. Why they allowed the terrorist scum running gaza to fester to the point where their direct action would result in the spilling of blood on a massive scale is an as yet unanswered question.
Questions remain vis the issue of this massive intelligence failure of both Israel’s vaunted intelligence organs as well as the intel organizations of the United States.

Now, we find ourselves celebrating Trump’s efforts to implement peace in the region.

On the surface, this is a huge accomplishment. But the surface doesn’t concern me as much as the fine print.

ALL of those involved in the destruction of 2 years ago, from the planning to the logistics to the actual execution must be hunted down and removed. ALL of hamas must receive the same treatment they wished to impose on Israel, including hamas supporters.

Israel MUST reoccupy the entire area, permanently, and remove even the last vestiges of hamas control, not unlike the steps taken by the Allies at the end of World War Two.

ALL those involved with hamas need to be held accountable for both their actions and their associations, again, not unlike Allied actions at the end of World War Two.

And sadly, with hamas maintaining control over at least half of gaza, this agreement is doomed to failure.

We need to find out what US responsibilities are in the region. How much this is going to cost the taxpayers, for example. Does this deal involve military commitments on our part?

Where, when and how much?

And ultimately, when this agreement fails, as it will inevitably fail, then what?

These actions must take place for there to be any chance of actual peace in the region.

Anything less merely puts off the inevitable violations of the agreement. What do we do then?

This group, their financiers (Iran) and their supporters (most gazans at the beginning of Israeli retaliation, now? Not so much…) will not stop on their sworn mission of the destruction of Israel. At best, it will merely be a pause.

There’s a reason the phrase “we do not negotiate with terrorists” actually exists.

This is one of those times. And I fear both the US and Israel will regret this agreement which will automatically handcuff both us… and Israel… when it’s inevitably violated.

 So now we find ourselves in the midst of yet another government shut down.

The main question is one we typically see when the GOP in the past when there've been these shutdowns: Will the GOP cave?

What it boils down to is this:

Under the Biden Administration, the then democrat-controlled Congress passed a law TEMPORARILLY adding additional government subsidies to Obamacare, where these subsidies were available at some level to families of 4 with as much as $600,000 in yearly income.

Now, with the sunsetting clause the DEMOCRATS implemented coming due, this is the amendment they've shut down government over:

Lie's by Sen. Schumer, et all, notwithstanding, that illegals receive no federal funding; Schumer and his Winged Monkeys are refusing to acknowledge that this claim is merely numbers juggling, that they provide funding to the states, so the states can redirect their own money towards, you guessed it, illegal alien medical care.

As Schumer has proved, figures don't lie... but liars figure.

Trump, for his part, cannot cave on this issue. If he does?

Then the left will engage in this extortion on a regular basis because, why wouldn't they when thy get what they want most every time?
