Memo to the Theft 3 RINO Posse:

So, a while back, I made note of the two occasions where Davey Gellatly was busted for a total of 4 counts of Theft 3.

One here... and one here.

One of the mutts doing the bidding of the Wilsons made it a point of highlighting that the fourth count was dismissed with a finding of "not guilty."

Well, I've got to tell you... Davey "Theft 3" Delete is at LEAST as innocent as OJ.

Here's the thing, you see.

Theft 3 in Washington State allows for a civil outcome where the defendant and the victim arrive at some sort of agreement that typically involves money and they notify the prosecutor who then dismisses the charges, and the court then enters a finding of "not guilty."

Why, in this case, that yapping little doggy named Steve would want the casual reader to think ol' Theft 3 ACTUALLY DIDN'T DO IT!

Stevey, being the ever helpful lackey, posted this in a discussion group.  You know, as if it spoke for itself and ol' Davey had a trial and was found "not guilty."

He highlighted the "Not Guilty" and "Dismissed" notations.  And that's correct. as far as that goes.

It just doesn't go far enough.

For some reason, likely having to do with a massive absence of integrity, he left out the reason WHY that was the outcome:

You see the part here referring to a "CIVIL COMPROMISE FILED?"

Guess what?

That means ol' Theft 3 DID do it, but he made a deal with the victim who dropped the charges.

Stevey seemed to know that, of course... but I WILL be damned if he forgot to post THAT picture that was right in front of him when he read the post.

Now, this doesn't include the bench warrants for failure to appear, the bail jumping and the multiple DUI's.  But why would the RINO cult putting up with this clueless idiot be bothered by anything like that?  It's not like THEY"RE going to hire him, is it?.

Now then... why do you suppose Stevey would ever do such a thing?

But then, considering the slimeballs he's working for and how badly they want to keep their tool running the show, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Right, Stevey, you little worm?
