Washougal Anti-CRC Resolution: Authorities alerted as Mike Briggs' head explodes.

By a vote of 5-2 this evening, Washougal City Council passed a strongly-worded Resolution of opposition against the CRC scam.

Authorities have been notified as the threat of pieces of Mike Briggs'  exploding head striking and injuring others is very real.
