Cue democratian outrage over Obama's violation of the Constitution in 3... 2...1... never.

Lollipop Lou threw a fit when the commissioners began to actually ACT on their campaign positions; when those commissioners fired the first of many shots at the downtown mafia in the guise of the letter cutting funding to CRUDEC.

Oh, my GAWD, there was such a whaling and gnashing of teeth in their outrage:  foaming at the mouth as a descriptor does a disservice to the word "foam."

Stephanie Rice went off on a few of her patented lie rants, further damaging and dishonoring the "science" of "journalism."

All over $200,000 CRUDEC didn't need anyway.

Never mind that there is no lie they won't tell to further the CRC scam.

And so, today, we find out that yes, in fact, that empty-suited, anti-American racist bigot in the White House HAS been using the Constitution as his own personal roll of toilet paper.
Court: Obama recess appointments are unconstitutional

WASHINGTON — In an embarrassing setback for President Barack Obama, a federal appeals court panel ruled that he violated the Constitution in making recess appointments last year, a decision that would effectively curtail a president's ability to bypass the Senate to fill administration vacancies.A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said that Obama did not have the power to make three recess appointments last year to the National Labor Relations Board because the Senate was officially in session — and not in recess — at the time. If the decision stands, it could invalidate hundreds of board decisions.

The court said the president could only fill vacancies with the recess appointment procedure if the openings arise when the Senate is in an official recess, which it defined as the break between sessions of Congress.

The ruling also threw into question Obama's recess appointment of Richard Cordray to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Cordray's appointment, also made at the same time, has been challenged in a separate case.

The White House had no immediate comment, but is expected to appeal the decision. The same issue is currently before several other federal appeals courts.

"With this ruling, the D.C. Circuit has soundly rejected the Obama administration's flimsy interpretation of the law, and will go a long way toward restoring the constitutional separation of powers," said Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah.

Outrage over a letter.

Cricket's chirping over Obama's violation of our Constitution.

No snarky, juvenile, lying articles, posts, or editorials typical of Rice.  Nothing.

Obama is a fellow leftist.  And that's "different," you see.

It's ALWAYS "different" when their friends are involved in screwing us.... screwing the country.... screwing our community.
