I am not Lew, and for your information, ALL candidates are bought are paid for, even widdle Barty boy. It is about hatred, lots of passive aggressive hatred.
I would have loved to see another strong woman on the city counsel. As it is now we only have one strong city counsel woman.
Children running the paper these days? Making widdle polls to feel important? lol ;)

Anita Lea Ortiz Conservatives are welcome here just as liberals are welcome here and independents too. Everyone in between as well. But inappropriate cheap shots will not be tolerated by anyone. Unsubstantiated mud slinging will not be allowed. You can try and hide behind the tired line "oh I'm conservative, he doesn't like me" but it won't work. Be conservative. But be constructive. Move whatever discussion you're involved in forward. Your choice.

Anita, sorry for the confusion, you sounded a lot like Lew. As for Ms. Wetzel losing the race, there was just too much "false advertising" involved. She said she worked as a CASA volunteer, but she didn't even finish the complete initial period. It's like going to truck driving school and dropping out after the first month, doesn't make you a truck driver.

Thom Rasmussen , false advertising, I agree, but not what you are talking about, moreso about a smear campaign, but that is par for the course in politics. She is a tough lady and can handle the big boys arena. If anyone can, a Conservative woman can.
