"Hell's A Poppin" was the name of a B-26 Bomber back in WW2 and oddly, a name that came to mind when I read up on the latest brouhaha concerning Washougal's erstwhile councilman.
Unfortunately, for the next few days, I can't really go into much depth about this stuff due to a family emergency that has me out of state.
