Education: I earned my degree from Thomas Edison State College
What does the phrase "I earned my degree" mean to most human beings?
To most of us, that means that he HAS a 4 YEAR degree from that college.
He doesn't. He doesn't have ANY degree from ANYWHERE.
It's kinda like the difference between an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and a Doctor. They ain't the same.
He's lying on purpose, and now he's lying directly to the voters he would try and scam into voting for him.
I already feel sorry for his kids.
And I certainly feel sorry for the people of Washougal who are stuck with this clown until they either recall him or he gets bounced in the next election.

In discussions with the Office of the Registrar at that school, a records check indicated that they had not "awarded any degree to Mr. Russell."
Unless, of course, the plain meaning of the phrase: "and finished his degree at Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, NJ" has some other meaning besides the obvious meaning of the term.
He was questioned last year about his education as well. He would write on his bio the colleges he attended. When questioned about degrees it was left blank. Now he states he has an AA in Political Science. Which is only offered as a BA..You calls himself a Christian...Reminds me of Sarah Palin, all smiles no substance...Full of sh*t...
Top union leader Thomas Balanoff said he was at dinner the night before the November Presidential election when he got a call that was blocked... So he didn't take it.
Later he listened to his messages: "I walked outside, listened to it and it was from President Obama," Balanoff said.
"Tom, this is Barack, give me a call," the soon-to-be President-Elect said on the message... After Balanoff sent word through an Obama aide to call him back, Obama returned his call later that night.
"Tom, I want to talk to you with regard to the Senate seat," Obama told him... Balanoff said Obama said he had two criteria: someone who was good for the citizens of Illinois and could be elected in 2010.

Yesterday, the reference was to a TV station (KHQA) that had pulled two articles concerning these meeting(s) after Obama's denials.
Today, the issue is a Chicago Tribune article dated October 30 that references a meeting between Obama... and Gov. Rod Blagojevich.... concerning the very thing that Obama has denied: a meeting with Blagojevich concerning Obama's successor.

For those keeping score at home, this makes four different sources (KHQA had two articles on the topic) referencing one or more meetings, which Barack Obama said never took place. Who would you believe: me or your lying eyes?

He has repeatedly referred to her as a "physician," and even now calls her a "family nurse practitioner" when, in fact, she's an "advanced Registered Nurse practitioner" (according to the state) and in the article mentioned below, Russell referred to her as a doctor.

Now, to protect himself, or at least try to protect himself, I anticipated that Russell would set about to get this lie changed. That, of course, is why I did a screen capture that provides undeniable proof that Russell has been lying about his wife for reasons only he can explain to you. That's also why I didn't use the screen capture yesterday in the original post, because I knew he would set about to get the article changed because I forced him to tell the truth.

Yesterday, his wife was a doctor. Today, she's presented as a family nurse practitioner. The state, however, says she's an advanced registered nurse practitioner.
At this point, maybe the problem is that Russell has no idea WHAT his wife does. But one thing is certain: she's not a doctor.... even though in the interview, Russell clearly indicated she was.
Now, I appreciate the fact that Russell reads my blog, and that in his panicked state, immediately set about to change the story he SHOULD have changed over 2 months ago. Can anyone not believe that Russell lied deliberately, and only had the story changed to be a little more truthful (he's still lying about what his wife is) only as a result of this blog and Russell Watch?
Why, if it weren't for anticipating this completely predictable thug's actions, I wouldn't be able to prove that he was lying... would I?
In fact, I anticipated he would do that, which is why I did a screen capture in the first place, because except for lying, Russell has proven himself to be very big on revisionist history.

CHARLOTTE - Even by President Obama's loquacious standards, an answer he gave here on health care Friday was a doozy.
Toward the end of a question-and-answer session with workers at an advanced battery technology manufacturer, a woman named Doris stood to ask the president whether it was a "wise decision to add more taxes to us with the health care" package.
"We are over-taxed as it is," Doris said bluntly.
Obama started out feisty. "Well, let's talk about that, because this is an area where there's been just a whole lot of misinformation, and I'm going to have to work hard over the next several months to clean up a lot of the misapprehensions that people have," the president said.
He then spent the next 17 minutes and 12 seconds lulling the crowd into a daze. His discursive answer - more than 2,500 words long -- wandered from topic to topic, including commentary on the deficit, pay-as-you-go rules passed by Congress, Congressional Budget Office reports on Medicare waste, COBRA coverage, the Recovery Act and Federal Medical Assistance Percentages (he referred to this last item by its inside-the-Beltway name, "F-Map"). He talked about the notion of eliminating foreign aid (not worth it, he said). He invoked Warren Buffett, earmarks and the payroll tax that funds Medicare (referring to it, in fluent Washington lingo, as "FICA").
Always fond of lists, Obama ticked off his approach to health care -- twice. "Number one is that we are the only -- we have been, up until last week, the only advanced country that allows 50 million of its citizens to not have any health insurance," he said.
The problem for Obama, of course, is that he's a total liar, not to be believed.
In areas as far ranging as his opposition to the wildly successful surge in Iraq, to his fantasy 8% unemployment ceiling if only the porkulous would be passed, to his complete lies about lobbyists in his administration to his lies about the taxes of those of us making less than $250,000 to his lies about this monumental waste of trillions on health care (Notice how the number of those "uninsured" seems to keep climbing? Why, back in the day, it used to be 35 million. Now, all of a sudden, he's lying about it by saying the number is 50 million.)
The reason his lying is at issue is because one of the things liars do when they attempt to explain, is they talk... and they talk... and they talk...
Over the years, how many times have we heard that if you can't "dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit."
HCR/SL (Health Care Reform/Student Loans) is a socialist, wealth redistribution garbage heap. It is a crap pile of horrific proportion. Obama knows this, and evidence that he knows it is in this term-paper response to a simple and true observation by a woman named Doris, who accurately proclaimed that "We are over-taxed as it is."
Back in college, studying communism, it became clear that one of that system's many fundamental flaws was a failure to take into account human nature.
In a totalitarian society of the variety Obama is implementing, again we see that fundamental flaw overlooked.
Human nature typically is that when one works the hardest, one should receive the most in return for that work. It is that X Factor as to why some of us strive towards excellence.
Under the Obama regime, effort is not rewarded. Everyone who isn't "rich" is a victim of those who are, and those who are somehow become responsible, directly, through income redistribution, for those who are not.
I am reaonably well off. But I certainly haven't always been so. As a product of the welfare state, I used the military to pay for my education, and I have managed rather well for the past several years consulting on business and political projects that have become righter than they are wrong.
So, even in a down economy like this, the checks keep coming.
I have roughed out some plans for expansion of my business, since at some point, I want to not be working out of a home office.
But lately, I've been asking myself: Why should I? Why should I take the risk? Why should I bust my ass to fatten the socialist wallet?
That's the question I would love to put, directly, to the empty suited, anti-American, racist bigot currently occupying the White House.

Those following this blog already know that I believe our district has been stuck with such a despicable cur of a state representative. She was and is wholly unqualified to be a state representative, and she would be a complete disaster as a member of congress.
Thus, her bizarre biography.... rife with omissions and exaggerations of the kind little Miss "I wouldn't pretend to presume to know" Herrera has become legendary for.
To tht end, I'm going to address her sadly lacking biography, and fill in a few of the missing blanks while dealing with her gross exaggerations.

State Representative Jaime Herrera grew up in Southwest Washington. A Prairie High School graduate and member of the Prairie women’s basketball team, she also participated in activities like 4-H, fishing at Battle Ground Lake on opening day and swimming in the Lewis River. She also joined her family in climbing Mt. St. Helens. These activities have given Jaime an understanding of the natural resources unique to Southwest Washington, as much as anyone else living in the area.
Jaime attended the University of Washington, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. As a college student, she had the opportunity to intern in both the Washington State Senate and in Washington, D.C. at the White House Office of Political Affairs. From her graduation from high school, Jaime was gone from the 18th district; never working or living there. Jaime never held a job in the private sector, and worked as a career intern until she got a job in Washington DC.
From 2005-07, Jaime worked in Washington, D.C. pouring coffee, never once working as a "Senior" anything, leading her to lie about her position with Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Spokane). Jaime knew nothing about health care policy, education, veterans’ or women’s issues, but makes the claim that she was somebody to pump up a paper-thin resume'
Whenever she refers to herself as "Senior Legislative Aide," Jaime is almost psychopathically lying, given that the record clearly shows that she never advanced beyond the lower level "legislative aide" status. Jaime answered the phone, wote a few letters, and carried proposals for Congresswoman McMorris Rodgers, including a health information technology bill and an education-based competitiveness bill. Both measures passed the U.S. House of Representatives overwhelmingly and have since gone no where..
In 2007, a vacancy occurred in Washington State’s 18th Legislative District. During the "process" where she was appointed, Jaime lied about there "...not being a job she'd rather have" (since she's running for congress, it's pretty clear that there IS a job in the world she'd "rather have.") that she would oppose a gas tax vote, and that she would be a "friend to organized labor," has proven by her support for SEIU-approved bills.) As a result of McMorris's strong arm tactics and back room deals, County Commissioners Betty Sue Morris (D-Clark), Mark Bolt (R-Clark), Axel Swanson (D-Cowlitz) and George Raiter (D-Cowlitz) appointed Jaime as the new State Representative to fill the open position. Jaime has since been elected to continue her post as the Representative of the people in the 18th Legislative District... something she's trying to ditch as fast as possible.
In the Legislature, Jaime serves on the Health Care and Wellness Committee, the Human Services Committee and the Transportation Committee. In her time in the Legislature, she spearheaded a successful proposal to expand affordable health insurance options for Washingtonians. She delusionally claims she was instrumental in protecting a transportation project in Ridgefield that would have been built with or without her, central to improving the economic opportunities along the I-5 interchange. Representative Herrera’s first bill, like every new representatives first bill (assigned to train the new representative in how the process actually works) a bipartisan proposal to give tax relief to business owners serving in the military, was signed into law on March 27, 2008.

On the surface, "taking full responsibility," particularly when you ARE fully responsible for screwing up our security while showing comical incompetence, in this case, with your response to the Christmas Day Crotch Bomber attempt to kill hundreds of Americans does have an aura of nobility about it.
Unless, of course, it was just another in the ever-lengthening series of screw ups that you're responsible for (see domestic policy, economy, Keystone Cops foreign policy and screwing up the war in SW Asia for additional examples) where, it seems, no one is responsible for your lies, exaggerations, deliberate negativity designed to talk our economy down and the like.
In short, "taking responsibility" without the requisite action necessary as a result is as worthless a gesture as many of the vapid, Nero-ian gestures (Not to mention the uncommented-on-by-the-leftist-media weekly White House parties and golf games) you've made since we were unfortunate enough to wake up and discover that you had become our president.
In short, Mr. President, the only way you can actually "take full responsibility" is to admit you're in far over your head, that you don't have a clue, and that, as a result, you're now going to do the one thing this situation demands...
...and resign.
Taking "full responsibility" without providing "full accountability" is as worthless a ploy as telling us that if we'd only pass the porkulous, why, there'd be an 8% ceiling on unemployment... or telling us that CSPAN cameras would be in on the negotiations for health care reform.
Part of the reason we're treated with such contempt by Iran (and whatever happened to that January 1 ultimatum, eh?) and several other countries is that they neither respect or fear you because like me, they think you're a gutless clown.
Mr. President, if you're actually GOING to "take full responsibility," then resign.
Otherwise, this just becomes another lie. You know, like the whopper you told where you weren't going to sign any more bills with pork in them? Or the "it's all Bush's fault" scam you keep running? Like those?

They wrongly proclaim they're mainstream, with no leftist bent, yet in the last partisan elections, they endorsed democrats and democrats only fr any open seat, from the president on down to the local level.

But when they do endorse, they are much less likely to hold those they endorse up to anything approaching the same standard as those they oppose... the largest local examples being that of their glowing endorsement of the empty suited, anti-American racist bigot they wanted to win the presidency and their efforts to rehab the image of the Cowardman, our local congressman who faked a death threat to avoid facing his constituents over the empty suit's socialization health care programs.
He has done a spectacularly abysmal job in every area. He's piled lie upon lie, exaggeration upon exaggeration. But when it comes to those righteous editorials slamming that moron, what do we get?
Nothing but crickets chirping.
So, today's effort, as innocuous as it is, gave yet another glimpse of this left wing rag's double standard. Here's the money quote:

IF "The will of the people" is important on an issue like "trails," THEN IT'S IMPORTANT ON ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING ELSE.... LIKE $4 BILLION BRIDGES AND LOOT RAIL THAT WE NEITHER NEED.... OR WANT.
I've been waiting, with growing impatience, for this despicable crap pile to demand that the will of the people be sought in a county wide vote before we waste another dime on studies with pre-ordained outcomes that have vaporized $100,000,000.
This isn't the only instance this garbage heap has talked about the "will of the people" when it suits them. Now, if they'd only apply the SAME standard to this horrific waste of billions of dollars that THEY want, but that THEY won't have to pay for, why, I'd be EVER so grateful. .

And naturally these numskulls "like" the idea of building unneeded and unnecessary crap like a baseball stadium with public money; what projects have they slammed lately if they're built with public money and make Vancouver (the community with the second-largest inferiority complex on the west coast (Behind Portland)) look good?

In a paper where figures don't lie, but liars figure: a paper where they've actually convinced themselves that the $4 billion or so they want to spend of OUR money for loot rail actually makes sense... a paper that stupidly and wrongly believed that a tax-subsidized Pollard Hilton was a GOOD idea, there are precisely ZERO numbers they won't believe if they add up the way this despicable rag wants them to.
Repeated lies about loot rail ridership projections. Repeated lies about the COSTS of loot rail. (A brief review of Sound Transit would show to anyone willing to read what lies can do) repeated lies about the economic impacts of the Porkulus, repeated lies about unemployment ceilings.... all without peep one from our local rag.... because, after all, they SUPPORT loot rail and they ENDORSED the Main Liar responsible for burying us in debt, so they wouldn't want to be held accountable for their stupidity... would they?
It appears to me that this rag WANTS this guy to throw some lies out there, so this stain on journalism can embrace them like it has so many others.
Naturally, like those morons backing the megacasino, those shilling for a baseball stadium paid for by a group of grateful taxpayers will assure us that the "investment" in question, precisely like the moronic Hilton, will solve every economic problem known to man. Of course, when none of the projections are met and we have to bleed MORE taxpayer dollars into this operation (see the Clark County Amphitheater) proving how bad this rag's "judgment" (using the term loosely) truly is when it comes to their view of "what's best for us."
Our waste of wood pulp has made the assignment to the idiots that want to stiff US with the tab for this idea: make up a set of numbers that WE think will make sense, and you'll get our powerful backing, millions of dollars worth of free publicity, and no end to the lies, exaggerations and distortions of anything even remotely resembling the truth... just like we did when we cheerleaded the lawsuit against the citizens to shut them up about downtown redevelopment; just like we do with any area democrat running for office; and just like we are doing in our effort to ram an unneeded and unwanted waste of billions of dollars down the throats of the taxpayers without asking them.
All you have to do is "lie" up some numbers, and, by golly, there we are.
Actually, of note to this intrepid blogger is this first sentence in the story:

The paper uses the term "alleged" to describe the death threat. Now, why is that?
One wonders why that might be. Even more intriguing would be the Columbian's response to that question, since they visit this blog at least 6 times a day.
All that having been said, the case of the so-called (I like "so-called" better than "alleged," but I'm quirky that way.) death threat has apparently been sent to the FBI. Now, the question is, why would that be?
If I'm not mistaken, the method of delivery was via "a message left" through a phone call. So, the questions are: where's the phone log? What was the number? Was it a cell? Was it a pay phone? Do they still have this "message?" If so, why isn't the media playing it? Maybe someone would recognize the voice and turn the perp in, eh?
Here's a scenario: The capital police are hardly rank amateurs. Presuming they ever DID investigate this, they found nothing. But the guy IS a congressman, and they just can't come out and SAY they found nothing, so they punt it to the FBI.
Long ago, when I worked in a government office, both my boss and myself received a death threat.
My only response was to get a concealed weapons permit.... and, well, a .45. But I never stopped seeing people in my office, because, well, THAT WAS MY FRICKING JOB. Nor was the threat ever reported to the police or the media, since I could take care of myself, and my boss wasn't interested in "cheap political gain" like our local Cowardman.
So, here's the gist of it.
If the FBI doesn't arrest someone, Baird is toast. He'll be a de-nutted muffin anyway, for lacking the guts to face his constituency under ANY circumstances, EVEN IF THE DEATH THREAT WAS LEGITIMATE. But, no arrest come the ballot drop, and Baird will be looking for work elsewhere.
That the FBI now has this is meaningless and lends no more credibility to Baird's oh-so-convenient excuse then Baird's insistence on telling and retelling this tale for "cheap political gain" at a Rotary Club luncheon later.

Leavitt, who has been scamming people into actually believing he opposes tolls on the massively wasteful, unwanted and unneeded I-5 Bridge replacement/loot rail project has made a HUGE deal about how he's so "opposed" to tolls.
A search of this blog or google will result in quote after quote where this slimy little worm has REPEATEDLY come out in opposition to tolls.
Of course, to THIS slimeball, he really doesn't care if tolls are imposed; he's so beholding to the special interests that own his ass that he has pledged to support this eye-popping waste of billions EVEN IF IT HAS TOLLS, because, after all, this unprincipled scumbag doesn't want to be an "obstructionist."
There are a lot of great comments here, and I agree with many of you! But I want to be clear about something. Contrary to the statement in this piece, I have not made opposition to tolling a centerpiece of my campaign for Mayor of Vancouver. There are many other issues at stake, and I've been discussing them regularly and in much more depth than my opponent ever could.That tolling has become a primary issue of discussion is true, but that is because I have made REPRESENTING THE CITIZENS of Vancouver the centerpiece of my campaign. There is never only one alternative to solving a problem. Tolling Clark County commuters is just one option, and one that obviously I am not fond of. Unfortunately, it's the only option that has been discussed for much too long now, and incumbent officials have become complacent.The discussion about tolls would be entirely different if there were enough jobs here in our community. If current leadership had spent any effort at all on sustainable job creation. But unfortunately, that hasn't been the case---and now they are telling our commuters that this bridge will be paid for on their backs.
Where to begin?
As I've already stated, the movement AGAINST tolling IS THE ONLY CAMPAIGN CENTERPIECE THIS MORON HAS.
It's the only issue he's known for, the only thing he can lay claim to as a substantial difference between himself and Pollard.
He's making every effort to tap into the anger brightly illustrated by the vast majority of comments preceding the comment of this fake Leavitt's. Where that blew up in his face was when he lacked the guts to come out and put a point on it: he failed to come out and say:
If this bridge has tolls on it, then count me out.
In fact, he's done just the opposite: he's come out and said that requiring tolls will have NO IMPACT ON HIS SUPPORT OF THIS MASSIVE WASTE OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS.
And this is the main problem when you lack any integrity. You lie so much, for so long, in front of so many, that when you finally realize that people are figuring out that you're a liar, as Tim "The Liar" Leavitt is figuring it out, well, then, it's too late, and you've got to engage in a little revisionist history.
There is only one person who can be blamed for taking this bogus position on tolling. There's only one person who can be blamed for selling out the people of this entire region because he lacks the guts to oppose this unconscionable waste of billions of our dollars, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT IT'S TOLLED.

Stanley McChrystal is a four star general. Named to command US Forces Afghanistan, and NAMED TO THAT COMMAND BY THE IDIOT RUNNING THE SHOW, Gen. McChrystal, having examined the situation upon ascension to his command, indicates that he needs 40,000 additional troops.
That number may, in fact, be even larger. Each troop in the field requires logistical support... so, ultimately, that number may even become twice that much.
But there can be no question that many more boots are needed on the ground, both tactically and strategically, to achieve success of the mission.
Failure on the part of our pro-terrorist leadership to immediately provide the needed troops, while not surprising, would be an affront to every serving member of the Armed Forces of the United States; their families.... to anyone who has ever served... or shed their blood.... or made the ultimate sacrifice, particularly in Afghanistan.
President Obama is, of course, so concerned that he's discussed this situation with GEN McChrystal precisely ONCE in the past 70 odd days.
Can you believe it?
THE most important Area of Operations on the planet, and the empty suit has found time in his busy schedule of regular golf, Wednesday parties and flying to Denmark to shill for his masters in Chicago so they can suck hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars out of our wallets to get the 2016 Olympics.
This is a no-brainer. When it comes to military operations, fringe-left and all other politics must be put aside for the sake of the troops in the field.
The empty-suited, anti-American racist bigot running this country is now causing the unnecessary spilling of American blood because he's an indecisive clown, learning on the job at the expense of the finest men and women this country can produce.
Leftist resistance and support of terrorists; neglect and indecision are the biggest obstacles to whatever "victory" is supposed to look like over there.
Yeah, yeah... I know he's talking to Gates. And other generals talk to Gates before he talks to Obama, as well as the Intel types and so on and so on.
But in the end, the ONLY way the president knows he's getting the real, unfiltered deal; the ONLY way he can be sure he isn't being "handled" is to GET HIS INFORMATION FROM THE SOURCE.
If the president didn't want to talk to the man, then why the hell did he give him the job in the first place?

With Tim "The Liar," it's his totally bogus and manipulative campaign to get people to think he actually, truly and REALLY opposes tolls on that massive, unneeded and unwanted crap pile this rag is attempting to ram down our throats known as the I-5 Bridge.
When tolls on a project you have repeatedly supported are inevitable and the project will NOT be built without tolls in place; and you suddenly come out opposed to tolls... only to refuse to oppose the project if tolls are implemented.... well, that makes you a lying, scummy little worm.
With Brian "The Coward" Baird, best known for referring to me as a "Nazi" and a "Brown Shirt" because I'm wise enough to oppose his messiah's socialized medicine efforts, the issue is his mythical demand for a 72 hour period to review bills before they voted on in Congress.
Baird's been whining about this for years. On the surface, at least, the idea is great. In fact, I support it 100%.
The PROBLEM is Baird's lack of guts in living by the rule he wants enforced.
Oh... he'll tell you that he voted AGAINST a GOP Prescription Bill in 2008, when Bush was president, because of that very thing... a lack of time available to read the bill... and I have no problem with that at all.
That was his issue; there wasn't enough time available... so vote "no" on the bill.
After all, shouldn't Congress live by the rule that says "First, do no harm?"
So, like I say.... on the surface, at least, that's all good.
Which brings us to THIS year: Baird admits that it was impossible to read the Porkulus Bill and impossible to read the Cap and rip off tax that will cost us tens of billions over time.
So, take a quick guess as to what our Cowardman did.
Do you think he actually would vote "no" under these circumstances?
After all, our scumbag Cowardman has taken a stand! He's drawn a line in the sand! According to his public information office (AKA "The Columbian,") Baird is really, really, gonna do something about it THIS time.
HE VOTED YES ON BILLS HE HADN'T READ. The scummy Columbian has engaged in nothing BUT damage control for this scumbag, and do you think they mentioned Baird's utterly unconscionable hypocrisy by voting "yes" on two of the biggest bills in this nation's history WITHOUT READING THE DAMNED THINGS FIRST??????

But if he won't oppose this massive waste of billions of dollars when we GET tolls... then what difference does his non-existent anti-tolls position make?

And that what makes Tim Leavitt a slimy worm of a politician, a worm COUNTING on the ignorants who actually BELIEVE he actually OPPOSES tolls... when, based on the outcome, he ABSOLUTELY SUPPORTS TOLLS, BECAUSE HE WILL NOT OPPOSE THE BRIDGE WHEN TOLLS ARE MANDATED.
For several years now, through the CTRAN Board and the Vancouver City Council, I have been lobbying for the following on behalf of the citizens of Vancouver, the riders of CTRAN and the commuters of Clark County (and, for my detractors, allow me to say that this is all a matter of public record):

In keeping with his utter political incompetence and cluelessness, like his moronic health care plan, this idiot had precisely ZERO idea this thing was going to blow up in his political face, further staining an already clueless administration.
Or in his monumental arrogance, this moron decided he didn't care about hiring this offensive communist scumbag, and decided that he'd do it anyway, and damn the consequences.
Either way, this political clown proves his failure as president every day in every way.
Because, as I pointed out here, if the show were on the other foot; if it was McCain in the White House and he hired a right wing whack job who engaged in such massively racist and bigotedbehavior towards the left, the media would be all over this like white on rice, we'd have rioting in the streets, floor speeches in Congress and the Senate demanding the president's impeachment and that the right wing scumbag a fictional McCain (who would never, on his worse day, consider hiring a clown like Jones) had hired by hung from the nearest lamp post.
But then, that is the rank hypocrisy of the left.
When a leftist scumbag like Obama hires someone like this pathetic creature... well... that's DIFFERENT. The political action since Obama's election has been poorly written political soap opera.
I get Obama's desire to change everything. But there are certainly “levels” of change and the speed of change.
Rapid change, of the type Obama is attempting to force, is typically not tolerated by the people of this country.
We are told that we're in a “crisis.” Yet, with as many as 85% of the American people currently insured, selling them on the idea that this is a crisis is, rightfully, impossible.
Obama has lied to us on what is and is not a crisis before. He has lied about the impacts of his “fixes” (The stimulus will put an 8% ceiling on unemployment... remember?) and he unfortunately talked down the economy as a campaign strategy and we've been made to suffer because of it.
Now.... now, he tells us that we're in another crisis. How do we believe him? Apparently.... we don't.
The problem here is the enormous size and speed of the change the man wants to implement.
Instead of ramming a square peg into a much smaller round hole with a sledge hammer, he needed to take a longer term view, time he could have used to restore some level of trust while he shares his vision AND starts to implement implement it in phases... in a way that builds credibility as it is implemented.
Credibility is hard to earn and easy to lose. Lying about the economy; lying about the critical need for a stimulus that no one had time to read... yet sat gathering dust on his desk for at least 3 days until he signed it, lying about the impacts of the program... these politically unforced errors speak to basic issues of political competence.
Even before the issues are addressed, proven political competence is required to provide credibility when that element is missing. As it is now, Obama says, in effect, we should “trust him.”
The first few months this moron has been in office, and he's added trillions to our debt... for no apparent, particular, reason... except to pay off his political thugs.
He's been wasting his political capital like he's been wasting our money... lying about the unemployment ceiling, lying about taxing us, lying about the number of jobs "saved or created."
In short, he's proven himself not only a liar... but an incompetent liar at that. And the worst thing about his lies (given that almost all politicians lie) is that THIS clown lies...WHEN HE DOESN'T HAVE TO.
And the problem with that is that when the people actually believe in you, you can, realistically, stand there and say "trust me," and the people will be more likely to do that very thing.
But as the trust fades, as it is inarguably fading from this clown (and yes I, and thousands of others, kept trying to warn the people what this guy was about... but not enough listened) his ability to pass something merely because HE wants it, fades with it.
These unforced errors make him look dangerous in his stupidity. The "inform on your neighbors" gambit was idiotically designed, developed and implemented by an incompetent administration that should have KNOWN that it smacks of the very Nazi-ism the left is practicing these days.
Remaining silent in the face of moronic pronouncements like those of the disgrace representing us now in Congress, one Brian Baird... failing to strongly condemn his own party's efforts to label those of us wise enough to resist his socialist agenda with the terms "Nazi" and "Brown Shirt" shows an approval for the strategy.
Saying truly stupid hings like "the economy was worse than we thought" when the CBO and others TOLD you what was happening.... TOLD you you were wrong... makes your domestic policy look like it was put together by a manically psychotic 8th grader... and also makes the infamous and viral "Joker" poster look strangely appropriate.
Playing the race card shows your true colors like Baird playing the Nazi card shows his.
NO ONE polarizes or damages this country like you are. No one.
