China has sent a flotilla of North Korean freighters loaded with coking coal back to their home ports, according to an exclusive Reuters report. Meanwhile, China has placed massive orders for the steel-making commodity from U.S. producers.  

Information on the Thomson Reuters Eikon financial information and analytics platform revealed that 12 freighters were returning to North Korea.  

Reuters attributed news of China’s rejecting North Korean coal to a trading source at Dandong Chengtai Trade Co., which is the biggest buyer of North Korea's coal.  

The Dandong Chengtai said it had 600,000 tons of North Korean coal sitting at various ports and that there were 2 million tons stranded at Chinese ports to be sent back to North Korea, Reuters said.

No US coal was shipped to China between late 2014 and 2016, but 400,000 tons had been shipped there from the United States by late February, Reuters reported.

It's amazing the number of "experts" that suddenly popped up out of nowhere to support the unconscionable and absolutely illegal action of #United in their handling of the passenger matter.

There is no doubt that by the time this idiocy is over, this man will likely get an 8 figure settlement out of UA and he should.

Neither the airline nor their agents, in this case, the police acting on their behalf (And they are going to have to pay huge as well) had any right to physically force this man to leave the plane.

"Picking a name at random" does not rise to the level of "cause" for physically assaulting anyone in the name of freeing up a seat.

United's problem of overbooking did not become this man's emergency merely because they demanded that the seat he had paid for be vacated so they could fly an employee in its stead.

Those who know and understand the law, understand that neither the airlines nor those actually engaged in this removal have any defense.

None.

Even conservatives have screwed this up by claiming, in effect, that United can/could do anything they damned well please to get the seats THEY need to do what THEY want.

Utter nonsense.

Since the episode, irrelevant crap has been brought up to slime the victim.

Let me make it clear: if this guy was an ISIS platoon leader, that would have no more relevance to this matter than if he were a Martian, a serial killer, or a Pope.

You cannot use violence to solve a civil issue.  Believe me, there are times when I wish you could.  But this is certainly not one of them.

      Judge Nap: Man Dragged Off United Flight 'Absolutely' Has a Lawsuit

After a passenger was forcibly removed from an overbooked United Airlines flight, many people are wondering if United could be facing a lawsuit.

Judge Andrew Napolitano thinks they likely will.

On "Fox & Friends" this morning, Napolitano said there are two things at play: United's civil obligations and the actions of the security officers.

"By dislodging this passenger against his will, United violated its contractual obligation," Napolitano said. "He bought the ticket, he passed the TSA, he was in his seat, he has every right to stay there."

As for the police response, Napolitano said they should not have violently dragged the man off the plane just because United officials asked them to.

"If the reason for their call is not a crime, they should leave," Napolitano said. "They have no right using violence to resolve a civil a dispute. ... If the passenger is politely or reasonably sitting there, waiting for the flight to take off, he's not committing a crime, he's not engaged in violence, he's not doing anything that justifies police force."

He said the man "absolutely" has a case against United if he files a lawsuit, because of the "inconvenience and public humiliation."

Napolitano added that the police could also face a lawsuit, because they used excessive force in a situation in which no force was required.

The Washington Post has obtained a Department of Homeland Security document outlining possible measures to fulfill President Trump’s campaign pledge to create a deportation force for illegal immigrants. (Bastien Inzaurralde/The Washington Post)   

The Trump administration is quickly identifying ways to assemble the nationwide deportation force that President Trump promised on the campaign trail as he railed against the dangers posed by illegal immigration.

An internal Department of Homeland Security assessment obtained by The Washington Post shows the agency has already found 33,000 more detention beds to house undocumented immigrants, opened discussions with dozens of local police forces that could be empowered with enforcement authority and identified where construction of Trump’s border wall could begin.

The agency also is considering ways to speed up the hiring of hundreds of new Customs and Border Patrol officers, including ending polygraph and physical fitness tests in some cases, according to the documents.

But these plans could be held up by the prohibitive costs outlined in the internal report and resistance in Congress, where many lawmakers are already balking at approving billions in spending on the wall and additional border security measures.

Administration officials said the plans are preliminary and have not been reviewed by senior DHS management, but the assessment offers a glimpse of the department’s behind-the-scenes planning to carry out the two executive orders Trump signed in January to boost deportations and strengthen border enforcement.

Gillian Christensen, DHS’s acting spokeswoman, said the agency would not comment on what she called “pre-decisional documents.”

Immigrant-rights advocates called the plans an unnecessary waste of money and resources that are aimed at scaring the nation’s 11 million undocumented immigrants, many of whom have lived in the country for more than a decade.

She opposes US-led regime-change wars like those in Iraq, Libya, and Syria, and has opposed removal of Bashar al-Assad from power, arguing that US regime-change intervention in Syria's civil war is a source of the Syrian refugee crisis.

But she does what she believes to be right, even at great personal cost:

Gabbard, a vice-chair of the Democratic National Committee, was critical of the decision by DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz to hold only six debates during the 2016 Democratic Party primary season, compared with 26 in 2008 and 15 in 2004.^[60][61] Some have argued that the number of debates was intentionally limited in order to bolster Secretary Hillary Clinton's position as the Democratic front-runner, citing Wasserman Schultz's previous position as co-chair of Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign as a conflict of interest and a newly created penalty barring further participation in sanctioned debates for any candidate who participates in an unsanctioned debate as an effort to limit public exposure to other candidates.^[61][62] Gabbard appeared on multiple news outlets to express her dissatisfaction with the number of debates. Following her public criticisms, she claimed she was uninvited from attending the Democratic debate in Las Vegas as a result. In a telephone interview with The New York Times, Gabbard stated, "It's very dangerous when we have people in positions of leadership who use their power to try to quiet those who disagree with them. When I signed up to be vice-chair of the DNC, no one told me I would be relinquishing my freedom of speech and checking it at the door."^[63]

Gabbard resigned as DNC vice-chair on February 28, 2016, in order to endorse Senator Bernie Sanders for the Democratic presidential nomination.^[64] She was the first female U.S. Representative to endorse Sanders.^[65] At the 2016 Democratic National Convention, Gabbard gave the nominating speech putting his name forward.^[66] Furthermore, in July 2016, Gabbard launched a petition to end the Democratic Party's process of appointing superdelegates in the nomination process.^[67] She endorsed Keith Ellison for DNC chair in the DNC 2017 chairmanship elections.^[68]

Imagine if our congresswoman actually had this kind of courage... the kind where you fight to do what you believe is right instead of fighting to get re-elected as a back-bencher wall-flower.

I see Gabbard as a fellow kindred political spirit.

I disagree with the vast majority of her positions, but respect and admire her fight for what she believes in.  I also respect and admire her service to this country in uniform... and her deployments to actual combat zones... instead of claiming her 10-year absence equated to serving in the military... like the idiot representing us claimed to my face.

Compare and contrast this woman's record with the mere shadow of a Congresswoman we're stuck with: an utterly worthless waste of skin who's only concern is to fool enough of us to get re-elected.

Meanwhile, our local holier-than-thou leftists... both the rank and file and the slime running the democratian, feel compelled to chastise the local GOP for holding fake Republicans accountable for their betrayals.

Most recently, a clueless leftist at the local rag felt compelled to beat up the local GOP... again... for even thinking about taking such actions.

Of course, he neglected to write about all the times the left trashed their own for failing to toe the exact line of the party centrum... Sen. Tim Sheldon and State Auditor Brian Sonntag immediately come to mind, because, well hell... it's ALWAYS "different" when the left holds THEIR own accountable.

Prominent Democrats Call For Anti-War Congresswoman To Be Ousted From Office Gabbard pushed the U.S. to collect and release evidence from the scene of the chemical attack in Syria. 

Gabbard visited Syria and met with President Bashar al-Assad in January and has been consistently cautious about American involvement in the Middle Eastern country. The Hawaii congresswoman said in a statement that the airstrikes on Syria were “short-sighted and will lead to more dead civilians, more refugees, the strengthening of al-Qaida and other terrorists, and a possible nuclear war between the United States and Russia.” 

She also said she has not seen enough evidence that Assad was behind the chemical attack that led to the death of dozens of civilians. Gabbard said an investigation was necessary before responding, and that “if President Assad is found to be responsible after an independent investigation for these horrific chemical weapons attacks, I’ll be the first one to call for his prosecution and execution by the International Criminal Court.” U.S. officials have maintained Syria was responsible for the attack as radar showed Syrian warplanes in the area during the incident. 

Neera Tanden, head of the Center for American Progress, and former Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean both responded to Gabbard’s comments with outrage.

Wonder when those responding with "outrage" on the left ever served in a combat zone?

Democrats likely want Trump to start an actual war that doesn't have Obama's name all over it and see Gabbard's effort here as an impediment to that.  That gives them something to beat the hell out of the President over it to deflect him from getting rid of the damaging and harmful programs that former slimeball occupant of the White House had caused us.

Meanwhile, our local leftist rag never ceases to stop lecturing and moralizing to the local GOP when it comes to party efforts to rein in our local RINO contingent.

But they remain oddly silent in the face of leftist purity tests and the efforts of some... such as Gabbard... to suggest that caution may need to be the watchword.

State Senator Don Benton gets the Directorship of Selective Service and unfettered access to the President. What CRC?

Naturally, the leftist scum at the democratian have to engage in character assassination as they wait for the remainder of Lyin' Lefty Lou Brancaccio's head chunks to fall back to earth.

We can start with this obvious lies of leftist outlets:

Last month, the Washington Post reported Benton “piped up so frequently during policy discussions that he had been disinvited from many of them.” More recently, Politico reported, “Benton has repeatedly butted heads with Ryan Jackson, (EPA Director Scott) Pruitt’s chief of staff. Multiple sources speculated that Benton might soon leave the agency.”

Benton had the impromptuer of the president to oversee the transition from the horrific nightmare of Obama to the realism of President Trump.

He was not "disinvited" from ANY meeting since he, effectively, could go anywhere in the agency he pleased.

But the national level versions of our local fringe-left community cancer, presuming they wrote this at all, are merely doing what they do every day: trashing even possible element of the Trump Administration they can.

And our local stain on democracy is naturally joining the cabal at the national level that they built here at the local.

Meanwhile, a man the local RINO and leftist contingent did their best to destroy has risen above it all, like the Phoenix rising from the ashes of his enemies, to be given control of an agency of the United States Government... and a direct line to President Trump.

The leftists are already circling the story in their blazing hatred.  (And hatred is certainly one thing local leftists are really good at) We see the usual remarks and comments... and, like usual, nothing of substance.

I, for one, would very much like to see the draft re-implemented.  Half male, half female.  Let the gender of the so-called "weaker sex" spill their blood at an even rate with the men to defend this country... equality being what it is.

And, as a reminder, there has been no draft since 72.   But there should be.  I missed the draft, having already enlisted.

Meanwhile, for a variety of reasons... not the least of which is how the leftist scum around here have treated Benton over the last 2 decades, we've finally got someone in Washington, D.C. to watch our backs.  Someone with more guts and more drive than our cardboard cutout of a fake congresswoman could ever dream of.

Benton has made his position clear on the CRC Scam from the beginning and has continued his opposition even though he no longer serves us here... he certainly continues to serve us there.

And when it comes to the fungus of the CRC Resurrection, I feel a lot better about having Benton back there than I ever did about having that do-nothing Herrera.
