Early returns in polling, however, suggest what I concluded when Obama finally came out of the closet:
Wednesday, May 09,2012As a result of Obama's cowardice, Romney has exceeded 50% for the first time, and achieved his biggest lead, 50% to 43%.
Obama goes gay.
When you're losing, you might as well flame out like a comet.
Mr. Decisive, Mr. "Gutsy Call," Mr. "I don't think marriage is a civil right" Obama who would have you believe HE is responsible for taking out OBL, FINALLY pulled the trigger on gay marriage.
That's surprising to me... not that he hasn't supported the concept all of his life or that he lied about it when he ran for president last time... but that he had the guts to take a stand at all.
This was a political mistake for him. And he'll come to regret it.
Daily Presidential Tracking Poll
Friday, May 11, 2012
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows Mitt Romney earning 50% of the vote and President Obama attracting 43% support. Four percent (4%) would vote for a third party candidate, while another three percent (3%) are undecided.

The Columbian is filled with Obama/democrat supporters. This has been evidenced for years since this newspaper is incapable of giving any credit to either the voter's intelligence... or will... since they are terrified of both and do nothing to discern either when the issue is on their agenda. This is the first time Romney has reached the 50% level of support and is his largest lead ever over the president. It comes a week after a disappointing jobs report that raised new questions about the state of the economy. See tracking history.
Fringe left talking points in the guise of an editorial don't change this one fact: Obama's screw ups have massive, damaging and generational. And yet, when they take place, where's the Columbian?
What do they say?
No where.
And, nothing.

Clarke County will drive The Columbian out of business, and rightfully so. The biggest enemy Clarke County faces is The Columbian.
