Obama takes another shot to the nards, the obviously unconstitutional Obamacare declared, well, obviously unconstitutional.

Obama and his fellow communists takes another face shot today when the Appeals Court in the 11th District drives yet another stake through the heart of his massive income redistribution plan.

McKenna haters like Rep. Jim Moeller (Communist - 49) will now, once again, have to re-evaluate their insanity in bitching about McKenna's involvement in the law suit to dump this garbage onto the ash heap of history.

No one... can force anyone... to buy anything.

It's that simple, really.

Next stop, the Supreme Court.
