When democrats run the place 10: New Orleans Police looting a WalMart

New Orleans is thoroughly controled by democrats.

"Enjoy" this video of some of New Orleans finest looting a WalMart and doing nothing about the other looters.

This is the result of inculcation from the party of victimhood... the party of no personal responsibility.
