I get that Doug Lasher has been the county treasurer since they invented the abacus.

Why does he have a cashiering system that's a POS? And why would he want a better POS?
No one wants a POS piece of equipment in the treasurer's office.

Lasher's been there since they invented electricity. It's likely that the citizenry of Clark County doesn't want anty POS laying around the treasurer's office.
Maybe it's time for a change.
